This is a small restaurant. If you try to GPS it you end up at the Venetucci farm. It is actually in the shopping center behind the farm crest gas station. It is painted bright orange on the inside. There is old torn apple wallpaper and old furniture, but don't let the decore fool you. The food was fantastic. The chips and salsa were put of the bag chips, but the salsa was flavorful and spicy. I had the stuffed peppers and they were fantastic. We waited a while for our meals but it was good good.

I live in Denver where it’s easy to find authentic tacos. There’s not many authentic tacos here in the springs. This place is definitely one of the absolute best authentic tacos I’ve ever had!! They were incredibly delicious!!! My coworker and I could not stop talking about how good these are. Highly highly highly recommend!!

Most authentic and delicious tacos I've ever had, and very reasonably priced too. I make a point to come here at least once a week. 5/5 Edit: The truck is under new management. They seem to have the same ingredients but lack the care and dedication that made them the best. They no longer grill the tortillas, there is hardly any salsa, the meat isn't as flavorful. The burrito is still tasty and now it is the best value. Also they don't seem to follow their posted hours. I have tried to visit them a few times recently and they were not even there. 4/5

Super flavorful and delicious tacos. Next time, I will ask for the salsa on the side as it was so drenched in sauciness, that it was kind of falling apart and hard to eat. The roasted peppers are also amazing. It's also a tad more expensive than all the other taco trucks in town but has a very different flavor. My favorite was the al pastor tacos as it had that light sweetness that I love in al pastor. Definitely will be back.

The most FIRE of FIRE food trucks, one may argue the best? It's great flavors and Prices will leave you wondering; "why didn't I buy more tacos?" They are absolutely amazing, definitely go if you're looking for authentic. Much love.
