Went last night and got a coffee and the young lady working was so nice and polite. And the coffee was excellent. We wish we would have gotten her name to put it here in the reviews. She made our whole experience just perfect. It was around 7:30pm on 11 November.
Went through the drive through around 630 pm, the girl with black hair who took my order was very sweet. I ordered a caramel crunch frappe with extra caramel crunches. I worked a very long day today and when I tell you, she hooked me up and this is the best drink I have ever purchased from a Starbucks.
The worker knows my name cuz I am deaf. Some workers know sign language. I appreciate with them. I ordered the pumpkin spices without whip cream. I drank it and it was continue hot . I love it.
I guve it 4 stars because the parking and drive through are awful to navigate. Otherwise nice plce, staff were very friendly

I'm new to town and was so warmly welcome by Katie. It's as if she knew:-). The second time she remembered my name. That's a lost art, right there. I would have been happy with a great latte. The rest is just bonus. The coffee and products are top notch. The facilities are spotless. The view is also worth the drive.
Was great. Pumpkin foam cold brew was amazing. And my dog was happy about his dog Frappuccino.

On point as always. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I could carry my many drinks safely to the car.
The app gave me an error while ordering, so I closed it and reopened it and placed my order, but the store changed. Ultimately, I ended up ordering for the wrong store. I was confused, I don't use Starbuck often and was in the middle of a drive thru I couldn't get out of to try and go inside to fix it. The representative handled my issue with grace, compassion, and helped me resolve the app issue in the MOST loveliest way possible! I wish I got her name but she has short curly red hair!! Sweet as a lamb!!!
I had a delicious (as always) large iced chai tea and a pumpkin loaf. It was around ten dollars. The service was fast and friendly. The drive through was quick. The place was busy yet the service was stellar. I recommend this place for its quality of food and drink and it’s fast friendly service.
