Another great restaurant! Everything I had was delicious, and service staff was welcoming. The chicken rice bowl tastes way better and more flavorful than it looks, but the looks are what made me try it. The Pulut Hitam is definitely not a dessert I've had before, which made it more exciting to try. It was easily worth it, and the ice cream was really good too. I look forward to stopping by again after my next random hiking trip, to reorder and try more of the menu.

Yep, very good indeed. Driving by you would miss this place. Behind a gas station on North Academy. Stopped by for the first time on the way to a local brewery. We both got the Dry Noodles to go. Very friendly folks working here. My dad spent his youth in Malaysia and when we would visit him in the UK he loved to take us to his favorite Malaysian restaurant. He would have liked this.

Ladies from the Tri Lakes Women’s Club Adventures in Dining Group decided to explore the Malaysian street food at the Kopi Den. We were intrigued by their almost unknown cuisine and the chef’s remarkable background (just one was teaching at the Kitchen at the Broadmoor Resort). We were welcomed by Ted who immediately made us feel welcome. He explained the unique, non alcoholic drinks, incl. various teas and the variety of dishes. Everybody delighted in the unique flavors, not too spice. For those of you that like it hot, spicy sauces were on the side of the dish. And then there were the deserts 😊😊 The Kopi Den also offers takeout.

Me and my wife wanted something cheap and tasty and we are big advocates for trying something new, so we decided on this little Malaysian restaurant and we do not regret it. Definitely take the recommendations of the employees they know what they are talking about. The dishes we got were the perfect mix of spicy, rich and salty and a little bit of sweet too. We took it to go and it’s not too far from the Garden of the Gods and it makes for a perfect picnic! 10 out of 10.

Great first experience with Malaysian food today here. The dry noodle wanton dish (and spicy version, wanton laksa) are a must-try. The curry was also very lovely. Ted the owner was super gracious. We'll be back!

Pretty good Indonesian or Malaysian food and snack that we found during our trip. Not really authentic but the taste is quiet good. The owners are very friendly and nice.

The Kopi Den an Asian Cookery is a very cozy locally owned restaurant that offers up delectable Char Siu Pork with very tasty Boba amongst other items. The staff is very friendly and the owner, Peng Jones is certified member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Ate: Wonton Dry Noodles, Strawberry Lemonade with Boba, Curry Puffs and Sticky Rice (not pictured) More food reviews at Howtoeatincolorado on Instagram

Excellent, authentic tasting food at a reasonable price. Portion sizes were perfect for a snack or full fledged meal. Staff was awesome with helping navigate through the menu.

My family and I just ate here and we're so impressed! The menu is minimal, but that is bc each meal is made to perfection. I had the dry pork/noodles and husband had the pork over rice-both so so good. When I say my husband/son are picky, I mean to the most extreme, but THEY LOVED IT! The people were so nice, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant! Thank you again! We will be regulars from now on!
