Food is delicious. Ordered grilled pork noodle dish. Staff was friendly. I will come back again.

House of Sáigón has been one of our go-to restaurants for 10+ years now. And when I say "go-to," I actually mean to-go. Honestly, I've never once eaten inside! Here's the thing: personally, the ambiance isn't appealing to me. It's small and needs a good revamp. However, the staff is amazing and the food is delicious. Even better: they are quick! I normally call about 20 mins out, and they have the food hot and ready upon pick-up.
The spring rolls are great, but my favorite is the noodle bowl with an extra egg roll. 🤤

Every bite was amazing! And the prices were as well. The noodle bowl did not disappoint and the Vietnamese iced coffee was one of the best I’ve had! Kinda a hole in the wall kind of place but don’t judge this book by the cover!

Idk much about Vietnamese pho but this was the best regular pho (rare steak) I've had.

I love pho. And I think this place serves very tasty one. Lady was so nice to us and attentive. She kept checking up on us if everything was good. Kept waters full. Meat tasted fresh and delicious so did the broth. Food is very good.
Only thing is place has a bit weird smell inside. But that can be easily changed

If low key and hidden is your style, this is your place. Fascinating fusional style food but I really like it. They have Chinese stuff as well but it's basically Viet.

My husband read the article on the wall about their award-winning pho and it is no joke!!! Best food always, delivery or pickup, everything is carefully wrapped and transported to keep it
at its best. I can't recommend just one thing because everything we have ordered from them has been phenomenal!!! Do yourself a favor and let these folks cook for you, you will not regret it!

Delicious beef bowl with rice noodles and Vietnamese egg rolls. There was only 3 parties in the restaurant but the poor waitress could barely handle that with the phone ringing. Maybe hiring a helper would fix that. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I love going here for chicken pho! It's delicious! The spring rolls are fantastic too! The staff could not be kinder, sweeter or friendlier! Awesome!

Got takeout here again. Great! We got noodle bowls, one with grilled chicken and one with pork. We scored them 10 out of 10. Nice people, they appreciated our business. Will definitely be back and try more of their cooking.

The summer rolls and pho here are amazing! We always get rare steak pho but love trying other options on the menu, like lo mein and chicken curry. Everything here is delicious!

Big Disappointment. We ordered the Ha Noi chicken wings, combination rice dish, and combination lo mein.

The food was entirely forgettable. Overcooked, nearly tasteless, and lousy presentation. The ribs, shrimp, and chicken with the rice dish was tough, chewy, and rubbery. The cucumber was cut huge and seemed way out of place with the dish (more cucumber than meat!). The lo mein was tasteless and dry. The egg roll/spring rolls were tough and chewy. There was no mustard or sweet and sour sauce included with the delivery although there was plenty of soy sauce. We also got about about half a dozen fortune cookies (where most places provide one per meal). The steamed rice was done nicely, but that was about the only positive with these meals.

I will add that the delivery person was very courteous and pleasant.

This was our first experience with this restaurant and we're rather amazed that our experience doesn't come close to most of the other glowing reviews for this place. Still, it's doubtful that we'll give this place another chance...

No, not the cleanest place... but the food is so delicious that I don't care!. Pork noodle bowl is out of this world, but be sure to ask for fresh herbs! It seems that the folks who don't like cilantro have shaped the way this dish is served.

Pho is also very good.

Best in the Springs!. Great service and food- she always knows what I want when I walk in the door! I highly recommend the Egg Roll Noodle Bowl and Sesame Tofu.

This is the dirtiest place I have been to in a long time! From the finger print covered glass door as I walked in to the algae filled fish tank that smelled and was clearly broken and made an obnoxious humming noise-- this place was awful! I actually sat down and ordered a noodle bowl and as I was waiting I looked around to see thick dust on the fish tank ledge, splatters of food all over the walls and trash on the floor. The place also smelled like algae-- clearly from the ghetto fish tank that I could barely see through. I was so disgusted that I left before my food came out. If the front looked like this i cringed at what the condition of the kitchen might be like. Disappointed as I love to try little places like this and saw all the positive reviews beforehand. Unfortunately I lost my appetite before I could even try the food!

Dissapointed by rudeness. Visited restaurant yesterday evening (Friday 27th July), placed my to-go order and waited. I received my food and requested an itemized receipt or register receipt , which angered the young lady "the manager" claiming to be the daughter of the owners, to the point that she asked me to leave and threatened calling the police. Her behavior towards me in front of her guest was appalling and it seemed that she made no attempt to diffuse the matter. Based on my initial visit to this restaurant I would not recommend it to anyone of my friends, and I hope that there is someone in this establishment who would admonish this manager and refresh her customer service skills.

Mixed Feelings. I visited House of Saigon yesterday after hiking for many hours so I went in with a roaring stomach. I was craving Asian and landed upon House of Saigon - Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. In my past experiences, restaurants that mix the two never really are my favorite...I like just Vietnamese or just Chinese. I ordered the Lemongrass Chicken and it was not my favorite. I thought it tasted like shrimp/seafood. My boyfriend ordered the Curry Chicken - Vietnamese style, which I LOVED. It was the dish I should've ordered. It was a warm comforting flavor that was well cooked and spiced just right. The Lemongrass Chicken didn't really even taste like Lemongrass. If I ordered shrimp I might have liked it a little bit more. We also realized that the rice served was very cheap, not that wonderful aromatic rice I have found in many other restaurants. For the price, House of Saigon was definitely worth it, I just don't think I'll be frequenting again when there are so many other restaurants in the Springs to check out.
