Live right down the road and love to go to this 711 because of the convenience (and that they have my favorite drink there). Literally 5 mins ago I was in there and this employee/ white chick wearing a camo hoodie/ had the worst attitude ever. Not even bothered to say hey to me when I walked up as she was too bothered and interested in her phone. When I said "I also need two lighters" is when she finally decided to look up from her phone and asked me "what did you want?" After that she asked what kind of lighters and I couldn't see them so I said "Bic preferably, but nothing cheap." She scoffed and goes "those are the cheap lighters so what do you want?" And I said anything at this point so she rolled her eyes and said "fine, I'm going to grab any lighter I want then." The audacity and lack of respect in this chick was astounding. I've always had decent customer service before, but you really need to talk with her or move on to other talent.

I work for doordash. Came here to pick up an order. I tried asking the mexican manager about the order I was picking up she ignored me and brushed right by me. So I asked again and she yelled at me... completely uncalled for.

Why the hell would you have spicy chicken sandwiches, pizza and wings out at 7:30am? When i ask about the stuffed waffle (which is very good for breakfast) the employees act as if it's the end of the world!!! They really shouldn't be in a customer service job. Very rude!!!

This 7-11 has the rudest, slowest employees I've ever seen. The girl running the register refuses to wait on customers, a supplier had to let her know she had customers, to which her response was "they can wait." She's useless.

I'm very unhappy with the fact that your night employee is sick coughing and working.. That is not okay!!!! He should not be there serving customers sick like that.. His mask wasn't fully on and I should have walked away but already had started the transaction.. AGAIN THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!

I'm a frequent customer of the 7-11 on Murray and Platte, as I live a block away. I purchased a money order on Friday 2-10-17 for $485.00 & did not end up needing the money order. I attempted to take the complete MO with purchase receipt and get my money back. The Middle Eastern lady flat out refused to give me my money back after asking for my DL and taking a copy of it. Saying she can only give me back 75.00 cash back! The customer Service is unacceptable and she is rude and very unprofessional!!
