Great!. Good sushi and hibachi!
Best sushi place in town! I'm a regular and the sushi is consistently very good. Hiro is the head chef here. I recommend sitting at the bar and socialize with the chefs. Ask for Hiro and tell him Taylor sent you. He'll make sure you have a great experience. Order the rolls, sashimi, either way you won't be disappointed. I drive clear across town for this under rated sushi establishment. Price is reasonable. Five out of five stars for me.
5 out or 5.....One of the best sushi restaurants in colorado springs. I am a big sushi fan and here it's fantastic. It's fresh, the proper temperature, and the rice is properly cooked. Habachi is fun for the whole family and delicious. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. I have eaten here at least a dozen times and have never had a problem.
My favorite sushi place. Always get the same thing. Super nice staff... Minus the one girl in the front who dress inappropriatly and walks around trying to strut her stuff while in eating and make me want to puke.. Also it's kind of expensive but what sushi isn't..
Great sushi, probably best in the springs. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly. I definately recommend this restaurant.
Fun time.. This is a good place to eat. I like sitting at the grill for the show but you can also sit at a Private table. The waiterish lady that walks around to all the tables asked me if I needed a trash bag for my food.
-- Went back recently and it was very good! Great show and the food was perfect, not cheap but delicious!
Tasty!. I am, unfortunately, a picky sushi eater...I have a severe shellfish allergy, and the staff here has always accomodated my requests. I love their spicy tuna rolls!
Great service. Good food and very reasonably priced. Recommend them for a weekday or family weekend night. Sushi was actually decent quality considering we r miles away from the source
Good sushi. I will preface this review with the fact that I have only gotten into sushi within the last year, but the sushi that both my girlfriend and I have had here has been very good. I have never really had any service issues except for the one night that I went and it was completely full. Located in a nice area and typically not very packed.
Best Sushi in the Springs. My husband and I are avid sushi enthusiasts and we love this place. They are very consistent with freshness, quality, taste, service, atmosphere..everything. We have also heard many great things from many other Springs residents about this place. We don't even go anywhere else anymore, because we know we will be taken care of at AI. I get my usual Spider roll and/ or Alaska or California roll then and my husband is the experimental one who will get something different (and usually odd) everytime.
Highly recommend this place!
We've eaten here a couple of times and had pretty positive experiences each time. This last time, the food was very good, seating was immediate, the restaurant was very clean and tidy, but the service was pretty poor. Our waitress obviously didn't really want to be there and was short and curt each time she came to our table. I will admit that we took a long time to make food decisions (we don't do sushi often, so it's kind of intimidating and difficult!), but the first time that we felt any warmth from her was when she was delivering the check...
Parking at this location is usually pretty difficult because of the theater and all of the businesses around.
As I mentioned, the restaurant has been very clean and attractive each time we've been in. We haven't done the hibachi at this restaurant, so can't comment on that, but the rest of the restaurant is very comfortable. Also, the food has been consistently very good, so I feel you can be pretty confident in that - we had 4 rolls and enjoyed each dish!
Lastly, I consider it to be pretty pricey, but that's to be expected with sushi, so I don't think many people would be particularly surprised about that.

I needed to eat before I had to 2 1/2 hour movie. I only had 30 minutes to eat. I settled on sushi because I love sushi.
Atmosphere was very cozy, food was delicious, and the waitress was phenomenal. I received my food, ate with 5 mins to spare!
This will be added to my must stop list when I visit Colorado Springs again.
Our waitress Fenny was amazing! She had really good customer service and seemed to enjoy being there. You don't see that much anymore. The food and atmosphere was good, but service was the best. We left full and happy. We will definitely be going back.
They have a lot of different sushi rolls to choose from. The table service was great. Anytime I'd set an empty plate to the side, somebody would swoop by to grab it.
*MUST TRY* Exceptional Hibachi! Tastes as good as it smells outside. Dishes are seasoned to perfection, fried rice was full of flavor, vegetables were cooked just right, both sauces were super tasty! Worth every penny & bonus they give military discount. Will 100% be back here again. Thank you Evan!
If I could give the service 6 stars I would. The food was delicious from the sushi to the fried rice. Ellie took care of us this evening and kept bringing cute fun little things out for my two year old. Fruits, little drink umbrellas, a bowl for his rice. She wouldn't let my husbands drink go below half full. I was really impressed with her kind attitude towards a young family. Thank you for all that you do Ellie! You made our small family feel welcome.
Definitely one of the better sushi spots in The Springs! Best dish there is the super fatty white tuna followed closely by the Peruvian ceviche! Hibachi is always good, and they have pretty decent sake too! PRO TIP- Sit at the sushi bar and ask for the Hamachi Kama
Crab and cheese wontons wee NOT good. Not much filling and cheap taste. Hibachi chicken was chill. Appreciated all the veggies but did not appreciate all the veggie juice. Made a huge mess of my to-go bag. Juice was over everything. The side salad was rusty and nothing special. Likely won’t come back but glad i tried it.
AI has always been one of my favorite hibachi and sushi places to go to and not just in the Springs. The food is always fantastic, they have great sushi and the staff is always polite and fun! The homemade egg roll was huge!! Probably the biggest egg roll I have ever had! Definitely worth going to if you haven't already. Would definitely recommend! I would recommend a reservation if you're going in for hibachi tho and show up early cause parking can be tricky.
Our server, Ellie, gave us a great experience tonight to help us celebrate a birthday and a big milestone. It seems like every time we dine here, we think it can't get any better yet the next time we go, it gets even better somehow! My only complaint is I always eat too much but with food this great, that can't be helped.
