I've wanted to eat at this place for a while, but with a 2 year old and a 2 month old, it's not really the right environment for us...but we were finally able to do a carry-out order.
The food was quite good and well cooked. I felt that the portions were a bit small, but not too bad. As far as value for the price, I'd say it is fair...a little pricey for the portion sizes, in my opinion.
The parking lot is plenty large and you shouldn't have any difficulty finding a spot pretty close to the building.
It's a pretty small venue, so keep that in mind, along with factoring in the day/time that you go. The loud, tight bar atmosphere isn't really my taste, but if that's what you're going for, I think you'll enjoy this place.

I absolutely love their Island Tacos but all of their food is SO GOOD! They have an awesome atmosphere and you can have dogs on the outdoor patio. They have super delicious drinks and weekday specials. If you are looking for a fun place to go out for lunch or dinner - this is your spot!

This was, by far, one of the best places I've eaten in a while. For starters, we had the Caribbean Nachos. The pulled pork was delightful and paired well with the tostones and the pickled onions with cojita cheese. A+++
I had three tacos, the Island Taco, Mojo Mushroom, and Kimchi taco. All were amazingly delicious. We also ordered the Cubano sandwich, which was my favorite.
The service was exceptional, and we sat outside, which I highly recommend. Overall, this was a home run. A++++

Came here as a spur of the moment visit with a friend. Food was so flavorful, not a single dish missed the mark and was worth every cent spent. Will absolutely be back with more folks to try more incredible food and drinks💗

This is the spot to be for food, fun and drinks!! The atmosphere is amazing and they have great music going. The bartender was on point with the drinks, the staff is friendly and so helpful. The food was amazing. Great flavor good portions and the churros are THE BEST in town.

What a spot! If it weren’t for the sun shining and it being lunchtime, I’d think I were in a nightclub with the music (which I loved). Food was displayed nicely on the plates and everything is reasonably priced. They have a larger area of outdoor seating than inside it seems, but overall it wasn’t an issue.

The food was fantastic! If you are looking for some tasty Latin street food this is the place for you! The tacos and empanadas were fantastic, the chicharron was a little dry but with some lime juice it was very tasty! I would give this place 5 stars if it had a different environment, it is extremely loud and hectic and that’s not really my type of environment, but if you like a bar type environment go for it. I do highly suggest this place though if you and your significant other are looking to mix things up.

Just when I thought I've already had pretty good street style tacos and corn in Colorado Springs. This place came along and went "We are the BEST in Colorado Springs." They ABSOLUTELY are, hands down, the best in the area.
The island tacos are filled with tender, succulent pulled pork with a pineapple sweetness to it, cheese, and a slaw style veggie mix on top that when you squeeze a lime wedge over it, the flavors POP even more. If you like your tacos spicy, I suggest the Guava Lava Chicken. If you like fusion food, the Kimchi taco is an excellent Korean style street taco.
A heads up, the music plays a bit loud here so, don't plan any quiet conversations to take place here. They play rap and hip hop with the explicit lyrics. I enjoyed it but, I know some families may take issue so, if you are a family who will not like the music, then just don't drop in. Best you can do is get a to-go order. The music fits the atmosphere here.
This place is now my go-to for tacos.

Pretty cool taco shop type place with a variety of street tacos and other foods on a straight forward menu. Expect to hear late '90s - early 2000s hip-hop while you eat. I enjoyed the atmosphere, but some might not. The food was flavourful and served fast. It's a relatively small indoor area, and there is some seating outside, but it might fill up fast on a busy night. We enjoyed our meal.

The food at Piglatin is delicious and unique. Their island tacos, piggy grilled cheese and cubano are among the best in the city. I've been a fan since their food truck days, and I'm glad to see their expansion into a full service restaurant. Highly recommend! Their staff is really friendly and makes some serious cocktails.

Came in today for lunch and Abby was our server. She was sweet and friendly. She helped in making a great experience! The atmosphere made you want to be relaxing on an island! The spicy margarita was one of the best margaritas, I have ever had! The island tacos were to die for! My husband let me try one his yuca fries and I totally wish I had more! I cannot wait to go back and try more items from the menu! Great restaurant!!! Keep up the great work!!! I will definitely be back in the near future!

Most things on the menu are gluten free which is good for me! Island tacos were incredible, and the plantains were the perfect dessert.
Piglatin's ingredients are fresh, delicious, and made with love because you can tell the whole staff love their products!
If you go to Piglatin, you'll meet all the OG owners and partners that built the restaurant from the ground up (or rather, from truck to table). They are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
Get the spicy margarita.

This place is amazing to say the least. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this place totally deserves it! Everything I’ve tried has been phenomenal. My favorite so far has been the Island tacos (the cilantro sauce is to die for) & the cheese rice balls. I’ve also tried the Cubano sandwich and the Nachos with both types of fries & my family & I loved it all. Definitely one of our new favorite places to go & we will be coming back more often

This was me, my daughter and son in law's first visit to Piglatin Cocina. We were so impressed. Waited about 20 minutes to get seated, but very worth it. While we were waiting we were able to have drinks and the staff continued to communicate our wait time and socialize with us. VERY friendly staff. The food and drinks were so delicious. We have decided this will be our new go to place. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Wonderful little hole in the wall in my neighborhood! We don't have a lot of small local restaurants on this end of town, and I'm thrilled that they're so close. The food is fantastic (awesome grilled cheese!), the staff kind and attentive, and restaurant itself, while busy on a weekend night, was cozy. It's not a big place by any means, but the size gives it personality :) Looking forward to dinner there again soon!

¡Que Rico! I'm from Florida and Piglatin is the real deal. The tostones, the cubanos, the drinks (even coquito)... It's all AMAZING. The staff is friendly, the food is perfection and the atmosphere is laid back. We'll be back multiple times.

Was our first time yesterday. I highly recommend the tropical taco. The elote was ok. I’m used to the corn being roasted. Would definitely come back.
