I was very worried when 8 pulled in to the parking lot to meat my mother, wife, and son. Only one family inside. But after getting my family inside and got the order entered on the large screens (4) we were was easily seated and food came fast and hot. Lettuce was a bit spotted and wilted but it was good. The chili was a bit watery but over all a good expressive. The cooks were handing the people and the food as the wait staff was not there yet. But m not long after we got our food a manager and a member of the wait staff arranged arrived and handled the dinner rush well. Good job to all.

My kids love the chicken tenders. I love the garlic steakburger. My husband loves the friso melt. We always get a side of cheese sauce for our fries. The shakes are always great. The service has usually been pretty good too.

The staff is limited but the service was excellent 👌 thanks to the management help people one on one i love love love it .... i almost walked out when i walked in but he stop me and ask could he help me with anything. I said i had 20 bucks to feed 3 he said follow me. My meal was under 20 and we was full thanks 😊 again... you're awesome 👌

The dine in area was open for the first time since COVID had taken everything out of order. Now done takeout procedure. Most of staff seem new to changes as well. Took longer than expected for orders to be prepared.

Ordered a fairly good size order for 5 people then they handed me one bag so I asked is this all of it and the lady said yes then the window lady even said to double check. Which good thing we did half the order was missing.

Terrible service. Employees were more concerned with drive-thru customers than dine-in. I was one of 3 people dining in and still waited 30mins for a cheeseburger.

The cash kiosk is over to the far left at the window, leading guests to believe all they can use is cards. We didn't see it as possibility until after we had eaten. This was our first kiosk order and long wait. They maybe had a computer glitch?

Horrible. Food cold, chili dumped over in the bag that’s how it was handed to me, person at the window didn’t say 2 words to me not even my total, burger wasn’t really cooked well. If you truly want Steak n Shake go to the one in Edwardsville it’s better.
