Wow! This is the best and true shaved ice! Almost fluffy soft texture, and Flavors are great. Watched them keeping the tables and seating areas clean wiping them down after each visitor. I can see now why they always have a line well worth it!

Absolutely loved it! My daughter finished her Coconut Lover's one that had ice cream and shave ice on top with toasted coconut and a snow cap, but my son and I got larges with no ice cream or snow cap and couldn't finish them. Awesome fluffy ice and flavor... it was just too big! Also (weather permitting), they'll be open until November 1st!!!!!!!!!

Seriously the best shave ice place in the Midwest! Their syrups are not overly sweet, the ice is like cotton candy, the staff is super friend and they have authentic toppings! Exceptional doesn't explain them.

If you have never been to Hawaii and have heard of the shave ice over there and cannot get to Hawaii...go here! Very authentic shave ice, the only thing missing are jars of crackseed and musubi on the counter (maybe one day). If you have been to the islands and miss this cool treat...go here! They get both azuki bean for the bottom and snow cap for the top...as well as all the flavors you remember from that tiny Ewa Beach crackseed store 😉
