The food and service was great! I ordered the broiled combination of broiled shrimp and trout came with a salad, hush puppies and onions! The cook staff gave me an extra piece of trout!!! I will definitely will be back!

This was by far the best steak I’ve had in Martinsville VA so far. Each week I look of replaces that serve steak. Steak is not difficult, I’m usually disappointed. Pacific Bay got it right. I’ll look forward to coming back.

We got 2 fried flounder platters and a popcorn shrimp daily special. The hostess and waitress were very nice, and the food was amazing! I absolutely loved the fried flounder, and the waitress let me try some kind of zesty sauce which was awesome on the fried fish! Will definitely be back whenever we get the craving for seafood again! :)

Had the bar for lunch and it was awesome. I have only one complaint... no lunch bar on Saturday? That could their busiest day. Don't understand that. I give the food on the bar 5 stars.

I really live this place! Not only do you get quality food for cheap, the people working there are very nice , helpful and hard working. Everything I have eaten has been delicious thus far. 😋 yummy yummy.

We went for dinner here after a lunchtime fiasco at another restaurant. I ordered ribeye and my friend ordered prime rib and we split both. The first round was overcooked, and we raised it to the waitress. After the horror at lunch elsewhere we were bracing for the same. Nope. Our waitress took the food back, then the manager brought us the new meals and asked us to check. They were perfect, but when our bill came she had comped our appetizer anyway as an apology. For a quick meal I strongly recommend this place. It doesn't have the ambiance of our lunch location but more than made up for it with good food and awesome service. Pay attention Rania's, THIS is how you handle issues. Pacific Bay does it right.

We were very happy with our experience here. The staff is great and we’re very gracious. The food was well prepared. This establishment is much better than their clientele would indicate.

Excellent experience. Fast friendly service. I had Sirloin Tips. The onions and peppers were done, but not mushy. The broccoli I had was very well cooked also. They hit all the marks that make a difference to me.
