I'm writing this review not knowing their staff situation after Covid. I know some restaurants are struggling to find workers. So that said...We stopped in for lunch and there was a light crowd. Service was slow from the get-go. Got the drinks wrong right off the bat (no ice means no ice). Took our orders and when the salads arrived it was with wrong salad dressings. When they brought the meals, my husband's order came with a potato (he ordered fries) and the shrimp was overcooked, which made them tough. My order was fine, I had a pasta dish. So, if this is how they handle a slow lunch, I can't say I would recommend them for supper. Maybe they will improve as time goes by.

The service was excellent and the chicken tenders were delicious. Be warned that the broccoli is really salty, Mac and cheese is basically noodles with semi melted cheese on top, and the steak is nothing to write home about. My daughter had the bacon burger, which she liked and my father in law had the shrimp which he said was good.

The WORST! My family arrived at 8:40pm. We where seated by the back of the restaurant by the swing doors next to the kitchen. She brought out bread. We waited 15 minutes for her to take our drink order. Another 20 minutes go by and she took our order for dinner. The drinks show up 45 minutes later (9:40). During this time an altercation happened with the employees inside the doors where we was seated. Every other word was a cuss word for 5 minutes straight while my kids were questioning why they are saying those things! The food comes out at 9:45. My children asked for some forks and she says we have plastic… Right after she gave us our food she said she was going to bring the check because they close at 10 and that she needed to pay it before then. Ok cool. Pay the tab (fastest service of the night).We try to eat our food and it was dry and tasted old. Like it had been sitting out for a while. I have pictures that they even look old. I mean we could barely even chew the chicken tenders and I have eaten here and at other locations quite often and have never experienced this. My kids tasted the chicken in their Mac n cheese and said they are nasty and they can’t chew it. We picked at our food and ate what we could(mostly sides). They had 2 other tables when we arrived and they left around 9:30. They had plenty of employees and the manager didn’t seem to care about anything going on in the store. Manager was garbage. Service was garbage. The food was garbage. I would have gave it 0 stars if I could.

My wife and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time last night 3/18/22 we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was good as well but what impressed us the most was our waiter Tyrell. It appeared that they were short staffed. Tyrell seated us was busing the tables taking orders throughout the restaurant and even though he seemed a little overwhelmed he still kept a positive attitude. If I owned a business this is the type of star employee I would want to work for me

Do Not Eat Here !! Bad service! Cold and raw food! Unprofessional managers. Refuse to remake raw food! My mom has cancer and they gave her the hardest time about her steak! She can't eat red meat and they sent out her steak bleeding and when she tried to get it replaced he said they couldn't give her a new steak after the one that was wrong sat on the table almost 20 mins , that's cross contamination!!! CLOSE DOWN NOW !!!!!!

Just walked out after being sat down and not seeing anyone who works there for 10 mins. No one . No drink order ,, nothing! More people were behind us walking out. This is why “This chain “ is all home out of business. Good Friday ppl are off work and out spending money you should be well staffed or well ready . Terrible . Go down the road to a place with good and help .
