Quality, a stack of bacon like you've never seen, custom crepes so tender and delightful, the cheesecake is to die for, but don't let that stop you as this buffet is nothing like you've ever had before with a stunning setting on one of the most beautiful lakes in the country. Fantastic place. We have a celiac son and it is rare to find a restaurant that not only takes his issues with gluten seriously, but also has knowledgeable staff, and a variety of menu items that actually taste fantastic. We came back twice on our visit because he loved it so much. Fantastic food, fantastic service, and reasonable prices. My son says this is his new favorite restaurant. Too bad it's 8 hours away from us. When we eat out he usually leaves hungry after eating grilled chicken and a salad. He left "stuffed" both times. Thank you Dockside!
Hands down some of the best food and service we have ever had. we ordered our food got our salad bar and just as we were finishing our salads the main course arrived. Everyone was very friendly and had smiles on and the view was beautiful. Portions sizes were enough for leftovers definitely a great price for food service and atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!
I have to say I've gone here now three times in the last 2 months and I just love this place. The staff is always so nice. The food is great and the prices for the Coeur d'Alene resort aren't bad. If you want a relaxing breakfast, lunch or dinner I recommend this Restaurant. They do offer reservations which I would recommend because they get pretty busy. I've gone here for both personal dining and a work meeting.
Dockside is amazing! The view, the service and the food are wonderful. I highly suggest the salad bar. We had dessert after dinner, I had the mac daddy coconut cake (my favorite) my daughter had the chocolate dipped strawberry gooey, it was spectacular!
Was in town for the weekend for the Car D' Alene show and stopped into this wonderful establishment for some breakfast. I ordered the All American Breakfast. And for drinks, had the Mimosa Flight. You have 6 flavors to chose from. Everything was delicious!

The dockside restaurant at the Coeur d’Alene resort was absolutely amazing. All of the staff was super nice and helpful, the waitress checked in on our group multiple times to make sure everything was going good which is something that I don’t feel happens often enough when I visit most restaurants. The menus caught me off guard as I was not expecting to see an iPad which made the whole experience feel a lot nicer. The food was absolutely astonishing, I ordered a 10oz sirloin steak with shrimp. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare which was absolutely amazing. The Mac & Cheese was really creamy with a slight crunch and tasted delightful. For desert I had the Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake which was served with a small scoop of chocolate ice cream, together the ice cream melted in your mouth which provided an amazing flavor when mixed with the cake. The prices were a little higher than I was expecting but I definitely believe it was worth every penny. On top of all of that we were provided with an amazing view seated directly next to the window with a view overlooking the water. Overall I give this a 10/10 experience and 100% would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Coeur d’Alene.
Went to have the gouy ice cream cup. It is a must try. Turkey Avocado sandwich was meh and all you can eat salad bar is a great choice.
super tasty all American breakfast. To die for huckleberry pancakes... simply amazing meal! super clean resort. We definitely will be back. let me say this again. their team is going all out cleaning! hats off to them..
Stopped in for a salad. While the salad bar is a tad high, even for and all-you-can-eat, the selection was great. They do strip the selection back a little from the evening salad bar, and I can’t be sure, but the plates seem a bit smaller that dinner, but I could be misdirected from my appetite. It wasn’t clear that the salad bar was an all-you-can-eat until I asked. That helped justify the price a little more and the size of the plate. Again, great selection. Tasty choices. Fantastic view, even on an overcast day. I would have given five stars, but the price is a little high considering it is lunchtime and I still have to factor in a tip.
