The only truck I have ever seen in the area with a cute sitting area out front. The food was wonderful and fresh. The cucumber salad is a different take. If you are a pickle fan I would for sure order it. The cooked rolls were pretty fantastic as well. Make sure you order ahead. Call Friday when they open. Larger orders need week advance most likely. Friendly staff. And packed plenty of soy sauce!!

Go here for nigiri! This is the only place in town that gives you what you pay for. The rolls are HUGE and the quality is worth the price. I hate paying $6 for nigiri that’s tiny and hardly worth the money - these guys give you what you pay for and make it worth it! I have never had a bad experience here. Friendly service, amazing food, and great quality for the price. Definitely check this place out. The rolls here are : salmon nigiri, California roll, and the snack roll.

I would recommend their regular sushi rolls over their nigiri. They give you a lot of fish and rice in portion but it ends up not being a good eating experience with large bites and below par workmanship. The salmon roll that came with my order was spectacular - that’s why I’m giving them a 4!

Very good fresh fish. They have a great truck and the food was delicious. We had a tuna roll, cucumber salad and a poke bowl. Everything was fantastic!

Really good. Shockingly good. All skepticism around getting sushi from a truck has been erased. Food is fresh and there are many good flavor combinations. This is really good quality without the flair. The lack of flair reminds me that I am in North Idaho and not Boston. I am a big fan of presentation, including artistic garnish. While that was lacking here, I can't let it take away from the overall quality of ingredients. Best sushi in the area by far, and will for sure be back again and again.

Ngl we almost didn't stop. We were traveling from Seattle to visit family back to Montana and were actually looking for a Popeyes. This showed up and I had a good laugh bc I love sushi and a place NAMED Raw dead fish that SELLS raw dead fish? Thats so funny and SUPER cleaver marketing. So we stopped at a gas station to fill up and while my parents stopped to get drinks and use the restroom while we were there I kept looking at it when I noticed its almost perfect review status. At this point I decided we HAD to go. The food was amazing and SO fresh, not to mention the decor was brilliant too. It's a food truck with a bunch of other food trucks ALL of which were amazing. While we were waiting we also noticed a lot of locals in the area walking over to have their lunch break there as well showing we were right to stop here. It was SUPER easy to get to from the interstate too. Forget fast food chains. Next time we're in the area we will be stopping again. I'd give more stars if I could.

(Update: I see your response and understand your point about only being able to take so many orders. I do get that, and see why that is limiting your business.
However, I have tried calling early in the morning, and 2 other times earlier in the day and it was already booked. I'm not sure how you see my review as unfair. I do feel that calling multiple times, trying to get it in early should have been more than enough effort to get a meal. Also just so you know we were not told about calling it in early until the 3rd try. If you want us to remove the response that's fine.)
Literally every time we try to get food here they are too busy or have stopped taking orders.
After the 6th time trying we will not continue to make the effort. They clearly have enough business, so they won't miss us little locals who get sushi multiple times a month.
