Dunkin'

Pros: Friendly staff, the food and coffee are good. Cons: the way the drive thru is set up has cars overflowing into the street if there's any more than 3 cars after the speaker where you order and they tend to run out of the most popular donuts on Sunday morning. If it wasn't for the parking lot/drive thru situation I'd give them 4 stars.

What everyone lines up here to get is, of course, the coffee. From Iced, to frozen, to Latte or Cappuccino, Dunkin has your get up and go! And, good news is, unlike Starbucks, there is one near you! I've recently discovered the butter pecan iced coffee, with a shot of Espresso. It wasn't my first choice, however. This day I wanted a frozen Carmel coffee, but apparently Dunkin' uses a powdered mix to create this tasty treat, of which they were out of stock. Strike two for me as McDonald's, my first stop was to get a frappachino, was also having mechanical issues. Service was quick and polite at my Dunkin'. I always like to go inside to get my food and drinks because I love the smell, and it is usually quicker. Drive thru lines can get very long, wrapping around the building.

The worst ever. Idk who the Spanish girl is that works drive through but she is ALWAYS extremely rude. Like how dare someone want her to do her job, and heaven help you if you don't know what they're out of when it's not marked on the menu in drive through. I will spend the time and money to go all the way to Titusville or Merritt Island if I'm wanting Dunkin that bad. I may go through one more time so I can let corporate know.

Utterly poor experience. We have been going to DD for so long. We ordered two hot drinks, one hot coffee and one peppermint mocha with whipped cream. Mocha was not at all hot which was obvious when holding the cup. I brought this to the notice of the associate who said she could remake it. I asked her if she can heat it for longer time as remaking would take long. She said they don't have microwave. We were the first to order but waited 20 mins to get our drinks. 3-4 people ordered after us and left before us. We couldn't have waited longer to get the drink remade. The mocha tasted cold like it had been sitting out for too long. No whipped cream either. Wouldn't want to visit again if this is the case. 😕😕
