Everything was pretty fast and efficient, and everything was warm. The reason I took away a star is because 3 of the drink options needed to be changed out (tasted incredibly flat), and the ice cream they made was, well, not like the picture lol even still, much better than the other McDonald’s on the island.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was put together properly, not just slopped between some buns. I witnessed employees actively making sure customers were taken care of. The restaurant was also clean, which almost seems like 5 stars service ever since places reopened after the pandemic and eating in became scarce. I'm just really glad that this McDonald's is doing things right.
Laughing at all the bad reviews of this store been coming here for over thirty 30 years and yes things and the time has change.. most days they have no workers because now days no one wants to work.. so if you come here have patience and be respectful of the workers they do have that are trying their best to work to please everyone while doing multiple jobs that would normally take three people,one person is doing it just to please you.. and the purpose of self service is because they are short staff and can’t stand in one place.. if you ever worked a cell phone or computer then trust me self service is a breeze.. and when something isn’t working it’s the company job to fix it not the worker so don’t be rude when they don’t have ice cream or frappes or smoothies most likely they are waiting on a part or someone to come fix it… SO THANK YOU EMPLOYEES FOR EVEN GETTING UP TRYING YOUR BEST AND WORKING UNDER ANY CONDITION THATS THROWN AT YOU…
This is the best McDonald's in America... only car in the drive through. Fresh, Fast, friendly
The food was fresh. The chicken sandwiches were delicious. The fries were crispy. The apple pie was the best I have had in a long time cooked just right to protection. However, my little ones wanted to play on the playground and was told it was shut down because a child had dropped their bowels on the floor. Other than that the food and everything was great. It was the most I had ever spent at a McDonald's before.
Staff was friendly and made sure I got everything I needed and/or wanted (i.e. napkins, etc). Kinda hard to find because it's camouflaged.
I used the drive-thru. Server was friendly. I was in line about 11:20 a.m. the line moved pretty quickly. I wanted an Oreo McFlurry but they didn't have any ice cream items at this time.
Just want to take time to give props to the only fast food place on the south end of the island. Y’all are great and do an amazing job for the locals and tourists that need something fast, affordable, and good. I actually laugh at the people that leave bad reviews on a fast food restaurant. If y’all wanna be restaurant critics go to an actual sit down restaurant, (but wait y’all don’t want to pay for that). You get what you pay for and if you’re gonna be picky stay home and make some hamburger helper or ramen noodles. I know you guys can’t speak up for yourself so I’ll do it. Thank you for all y’all do and don’t let these cheap weirdos get to you.
