This place was great! We ordered the honey walnut salad to start. It came with A LOT of blue cheese so make sure you like that or ask for it without. We also got a pizza with vegan sausage and vegan cheese. Very delicious! And we ended with the Nutella Crepe!!! We did not leave a single bite uneaten!
The ambiance is sensual and sexy but also family friendly. The service is fantastic. The food is outstanding. The meatballs were so delicious they were gone before I could think to take a picture. This 4 cheese calzone is a must have. The sauces, oils and salad dressings are just amazing. Best Tiramisu I've ever had. I'm so glad we dined here.
Very happy with our experience here! We checked out of our hotel at 11 and ended up at MidiCi at 11:10. Ended up being the only customers for almost 30 minutes and it was so lovely!
The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, the bathrooms were opulent and clean, and the whole place smelled amazing.
If we lived in Hilton Head we would eat here weekly, at least!
Seriously, I know Italian food by heart, I grew up eating it and this is by far, one of the best Italian pasta I had In this country... FANTASTIC with capital letters. Is a most if you’re in the area vacationing. It’s a most do. Ask for Glen, Otho g better than great food when is served with love. Thank you Glen!!

The food is gone. We’re ordering more drinks. Our wives are both coming from the hotel. We’ve ordered our second round of appetizers. We’re getting more drinks. This place has taken us in and it’s fantastic. Come to this place and have a great meal and drink. Come treat and enjoy yourself, this place is absolutely an amazing experience.
Nice quiet out-of-the-way Eatery. Felt extremely safe with covid-19 precautions in place. Pizza is wonderful as is most of their appetizers. Whenever we visit Hilton Head Island this is always a stop for us. Owned by a young couple so trying to keep them in business. Place is very clean and the folks are very friendly and the food is incredible.
We loved our dinner experience. Great atmosphere and a friendly and helpful staff. We had the house wine, meat tray appetizer, truffle and prosciutto pizza and tiramisu. Every course was delicious. The presentation was wonderful and the price is very affordable. We will return.
We have a soft spot for pizza and finding one we really like isn't easy in the south. This place was just perfect. Crisp crust, superior sauce, savory sausage! Really hit the spot. Side salad was wonderful and cannoli with fresh fruit was amazing! Can't wait to return!
We picked this up to have at the hotel after the first leg of our journey moving to Maine! The food was delicious, we had two pizzas, pasta and dessert! The staff during our short interaction were very kind and quick to help. Would recommend anyone traveling to Hilton Head to try dinner here!
