Best Carnitas in the Valley! They are not greasy and they are so soft! We love getting the family pack, it’s a great deal ☺️ The customer service is always great every time I go and everyone greats you with a smile! I recommend this to everyone 10/10 . I love that’s it’s family owned and local.

I no longer live in the Coachella Valley, but I have yet to find a place that has carnitas like these! I make it a task to stop by and get some whenever I visit the valley! Love love love the buche!
