I no longer live in the Coachella Valley, but I have yet to find a place that has carnitas like these! I make it a task to stop by and get some whenever I visit the valley! Love love love the buche!

Went here after the carnitas at the victory liquor was closed, way better flavor and cuts of meat will definetly go here from now on.
