I buy from them regularly; but this time the sauce was burned. I returned the food and they still wanted me to pay. I was then insulted by the manger telling me if he gave me a fresh meal; I would continue to return food. What an insult from a store that doesn’t put any of the money they make back in to the community that patronizes them. I shudder to think of what other negative things they they while they are taking my money. I give them zero for their prejudices.

There customer service is horrible. I use to be a regular customer but the 1 time I call because they messed up my order they told me they WILL NOT REPLACE the sub because I didn’t save it and bring it back to them. I was there last delivery and I called the store 3 times that night. Obviously they think people have time to waste calling them just to get something for free, I just wanted my husband sandwich made the way I asked for it to be made. Also, we are still in a pandemic with COVID why would you want me to bring a sandwich back. In addition, this so called manager had a nerve to say because we are now out of product and money. They will never get another dime of my money.

Please do not support this carry out. I attempted to return an order that was not correct and they refused to refund my money. The only thing they were willing to do was add sauce to the food I was returning (that in itself is gross and I'm pretty sure not an approved food service procedure). He was also speaking to me in tone that I did not appreciate and when I asked him to lower his voice, everyone did not need to hear our conversation he got louder. I do not mind spending my money but I refuse to spend a dime with an establishment that does not respect me as a customer. This is the carryout around the corner from the Shoppers/by the UPS store.

I love this place. Consistent. Delicious. We order EVERY week...sometimes twice a week. Plenty of food for a reasonable price. The Combos and Lunch Specials are a super bargain. My favorites are the Beef & Broccoli Combo, Singapore Noodles, Chicken Lo Mein, General Tsao's Chicken, Wings, Steak & Cheese, heck, everything I've tried over the past 3 years!!!
