I had my engagement party here. They have two floors and made the second floor exclusive for my party guests only. The service was amazing! They asked for my seating decor preference and I got there and the setup was completed in advance and was really nice. The employees were really helpful in assembling the decorations I brought with me. The food and music were great. Everyone ate, danced, and had a great time!

We had a great experience at Sultan Palace. We ordered several mixed grill platters, with a few sides for a large party. The meats were all tender and flavorful. Everything tasted fresh, and the quality was superb. We were seated quickly and the food once we ordered came out quickly as well. Would highly recommend you try them out!

Very disappointed with my experience in this place. we had a friend’s birthday party about 27 people he demanded us to stay on the first floor which was very crowded there was not enough space to dance even the Billy dancer wasn’t comfortable while performing and when I complained to the manger and owner they refused to move us to second floor which is bigger with a very bad attitude and they didn’t care But what made me more angry the over charged for something I didn’t enjoy and the automatic 18% gratitudes 😡 Not coming here again I told them it’s the first time and last time for me 😡😡

Very poor service. Had us waiting for 30 mins for a dessert they initially said they had and was asked me to continuously wait for. Once I got fed up, I wait to pay to find out they never had the dessert. Also, I was refused a meal because I was sitting in the lounge area. Overpriced, poor service, and empty promises. Thank you for a first time experience...

I believe that girl is owners oldest daughter, she have so much Attitude. First of all she was telling our food like we are ignorant/blind shes telling us this is sugar this is tea this is napkin. Im like wth? . And when we asked for a bill she brought the check and then later she told us or card is declined. I was so embarassed in front of Family and she said I swiped it twice so i paid it with different card. so while i there I called my bank they told the situation they said the restaurant is putting the wrong CCV code. Instead of putting 661 she was putting 601. And when we told her all she said was "Ohh" ... instead of Apologizing. And walked of. That's not the way you treat ur customer.
