Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I go to this superb place once a month since I like the special air that is unique to this restaurant. The staff is very loving and qualified. The service is extraordinarily fast. Most important, the food you get is highly distinguished. I have been there often and I was always pleased. The price is honest. I recommend this restaurant to to all.

Delicious! Good experince on this visit. Pros: Yummy burgers Yummy steak fries Unlimited fries Unlimited refills Good service Plenty of tables Plenty of parking Free parking No wait to be seated Outlets to charge phones at the bar Cons: Expensive! $17 with tip for a burger fries and drink is way too much! Should be $10. No paper to print my reciept. First drink tasted like seltzer water with a splash of diet coke. But the refill was correct and tasted like a regular refreshing diet coke. Comment to the owner: Poor waitress is doubling as the bartender, making her job twice as hard since there were about 7 tables of customers and 6 people at the bar. They should hire more people to cover the dinning room. No free wifi, or i could not find it where my table was. Normally i dont need wifi, but the cell reception where i sat was poor. And yes, i should just be eating while i am at lunch, but i wanted to watch a tv show while i ate and could not due to the poor cell data here and no wifi.

If i was able to give less than one star i would. To start this all off i was ordering for my coworkers and myself because we were working OT today and wanted a treat. So my order was curbside for OCT3 at 5:45PM and the food was not ready till 6:00 (they were busy so I wasn't bothered by this at first). When i got back to work i noticed that the order was ENTIRELY wrong. broccoli side order was forgotten, cluck and fries were given instead of the bacon cheeseburger and fries that was ordered, and garlic fries for one order were plain. i call RR back and after telling them my order was wrong i was put on hold for 15+ minutes (first attempt) before hanging up to try again. second attempt i was on hold for 19 minutes before the manager (Zoey i believe her name was) finally talked with me. after explaining the situation and that we wanted the correct food that we paid for the manager responded with "how about this" and hung up on me. at this point i was getting impatient and called back a third to resolve the issue. The same manager was put back on and tried to tell me she lost power and didn't hang up on me (I work at L3Harris next door to RR and share the same power grid which did NOT go out). I was only looking to have my order corrected but instead was met with a disrespectful manager, 45 minutes on hold, and still no corrected order. we will not be ordering from here again.
