Older woman at front counter was extremely rude. Out of salted Carmel. Shoved the order at us without saying anything. Huge sigh when asked for liquid sugar instead of regular sugar. Sorry I don't want gritty iced coffee. Did not get receipt. Just an unpleasant experience overall

Always good service and fast. My iced coffee always turns out delicious and if it needs more flavor they happily put it in. Tried the new sweet potato breakfast bowl. Really good just would suggest adding some black better for a little more taste. It's a little bland.

I was told at 4:30am at the drive thru they will get to me when they can!!! I had already ordered online so I will just pull forward. The woman practically threw my wrap at me then handed me my extra large coffee with no stopper , spilling it. I asked for a straw and you would have thought I was asking for the world. This Dunkin’ Donuts shop is insane. It’s either they forgot some of your order, give you the wrong item or burned your foods. Never perfect.

Visited the drive thru today. All the staff were loudly complaining about having to work with people who had fevers and coughs, loudly complaining that people weren't being sent home with symptoms. They barely had time to serve me, handed me my food and turned around to keep talking. One employee had their mask down, not really wearing it. Get your stuff together Dunkin, seriously. If you're forcing your people to work sick I'm rethinking ever coming back.

They told me that they had to make nine Hot chocolate and we have to wait and the person in front of me was told the same thing. There were only two people working and the guy working was doing the drive thru. I feel this is very unprofessional, and not a good way to do business.

Terms to be understaffed, or there is only 1 employee that's atcually trying to do there job, a lot of times there is a line for the drive thru in the morning and one or soul is serving everyone while you have 2 employees outside for a smoke break in direct site of the drive thru. So it's not like they don't know that a large line is/has formed
