Dunkin'

Never ever go here. I ordered my drink with no ice. I pull up to the window and it was made with ice. I politely asked again for no ice. The person who took my order was very rude and said that I didn't and then gave me attitude. While they were making me a new drink the manager came up to ask me if I had proof that I asked for no ice. Lucky for me I was on the phone with a co worker and the line is recorded. I would be more than happy to share it with corporate. They were not happy about remaking my drink but to ask a customer for proof us out of control!!!

Asked for a white mocha and they gave me a regular hot chocolate. The only reason I’m writing anything is because I come here almost every morning and they’re always messing something up or giving me STALE BAGELS! I look forward to my breakfast in the morning but this is extremely disappointing. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER! Also, the kid at the window this morning (young male cashier) has a attitude and is terrible at taking orders. I had to literally repeat myself 4x this morning.

I have gotten a latte and now a macchiato and neither have had espresso in it. It’s literally just sugary milk. Why am I spending $5 a drink to not even receive caffeine?? extremely disappointed and honestly want a refund for all of the messed up drinks i’ve gotten from this location. attached is a photo of my “macchiato”
