This place is crazy it’s 1:17pm in the afternoon and the inside is closed for service and long drive thru service. Like they really need to close this location and start over again. If they are not messing up orders, you get horrible service and items always missing from your order.

Pretty fun of the mill. I actually stopped here to try their app for the first time.
The app itself was fine, and the service was quick. That being said customizations to my order were not followed. While it wasn't a huge thing accurate preparation of orders is something important in this business.
I'm sure I'll stop in again, but I will double check my order before I leave too.

Honestly they need a new manager or honest employees. Are used to work at a Wendy’s and I tried to order a frosty-cinno The other morning and they told me that their frosting machine doesn’t work. Well funny enough because I used to work there I know that you don’t need the frosty machine to work in order to make that. Honestly I would’ve appreciated if they said they just straight up didn’t want to make it you really just need the bag of the mix.

Ok so I know its just fast food, but this was by far one of the worst experiences ever!! It was around 830pm and nobody was in line. The woman who took our order sounded SO miserable on the other end. Like it was painful for her to be working. We waited probably 15 minutes for our food. everything was cold. The fries were SO STALE, cold and HARD we couldn't even eat them!!! When we got home and opened our sandwiches, the bread was hard as a rock you could knock on it. This was such a let down after paying $27 for food. Wendy's has always been one of my favorites and after this I'm not going to be coming back here... Quality control has gone WAY down.

They have five people working in the food but yet we're waiting 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get food. Can anyone explain what they're doing in there? It's not even 7:00. I ordered a head through the app and called them to cancel it and they said that they don't know how to cancel it. What a load of BS. Find someone to cancel it, it's not that hard.

We went through the drive through (3 people total) and to start, their machine wasn't working so we had to order at the window. We had ordered very small items. I had the 4 for 4, another person had the number 10 small, and the last had a bacon cheeseburger without mustard. I think maybe the only order that was correct was the number 10 (asiago chicken sandwich I believe). My 4 for 4 came without nuggets or a fry. The cheeseburger did in fact come with mustard. We did not receive the correct drinks. The service was not friendly or quick, however, to their defense it was very hot and they had some system outages which is inevitably stressful. I was disappointed and won't be returning, but hopefully others have better experiences here that can influence me to come back some day

I don't know why they even keep this store open. Ever since the pandemic, I have yet to be able to walk in to order.. doors are locked. Then last nite I go to order, the speaker is broken so orders only taken at window. Last time they were out of nuggets. Last nite apparently they were out of lettuce and couldn't make a salad. Think twice before setting your sites on a Wendy's meal at this location.

I've visited this location twice in the last six months. The first time we were able to eat inside. Even though there were at least four people in the serving area it took a half hour to get our food. At that time I was thinking "it couldn't get any worse".
Fast forward to this week. No inside seating allowed. The drive-thru speaker wasn't working so there was one window for everything. Any orders were stacked up with people off to the side waiting for their food. When we finally got up to the window after 25 minutes they were out of half the items we wanted to order. Once I realized it was going to take another 20 minutes to get the half of food we could get we just bailed out.
I know staffing can be tough these days, but this Wendy's location really is rock bottom.
