Dunkin'

I ordered an egg and a vegan sausage patty on a bagel, no cheese. Not a difficult order. I received a bagel with some weird green egg thing on it and looking at my receipt I was charged for an egg and cheese on a bagel. It's not that hard to make breakfast sandwiches, but apparently it's too much for these workers to comprehend. Go to the other location around the corner they don't get orders wrong.

My boyfriend and I have been going to this location more since we've moved closer to the area. We have had only positive experiences so far and the employees have been so friendly and nice. Today I ordered a white hot chocolate but found out they didn't serve it at this location anymore. The associate at the drive-through was really sweet and adaptive and offered to add pumps of white chocolate flavoring in a regular hot chocolate for me. I accepted and he had me try it first to see my reaction, perhaps to make sure I would like it, which didn't bother me at all and made me smile. (I was careful as he warned me how hot it was) It did taste good and I was thankful for his kindness! He also switched out a sandwich bread for me (I preferred english muffin over croissant). I wish we had chosen to get a receipt so I could properly do a survey and mention the man's name. He was very thoughtful. My boyfriend is also happy with this location as they don't make his mocha swirl lattes incorrectly, like some other locations had a habit of doing somehow. We will continue to frequent this location. <3

They need to get it together and be more organized. If I place an order online and come to pick it up and you tell me at the order screen to pull it because its ready but once im there you're asking me what did I order.....and then to be rude to me because i expect to be given ALL of what i ordered...yeah I must be crazy😒 just get it together over there.
