Just got a turkey sandwich with cheese. Pretty basic, and you wouldn't think you could screw it up. I was wrong! Not only was the bread hard and stale, but there was about 6 slices of turkey and 3 slices of cheese on a footlong. Absolutely pathetic. Go to Jersey Mike's instead! A much better sandwich!

I never write bad reviews. This is my first ever. Before today, I would have given a higher rating. I used to love this blimpies. But I ordered for delivery and while placing my order for a combo, they assumed I wanted a 12inch without asking me which size, when for YEARS a combo is generally 6inches (unless you specify for 12inch). But they've always asked. When I called back, (I hadn't even opened the bag but we noticed they were 12in,) the man who answered whom I assume to be the manager, Argued with me for 11 straight minutes about how this was my fault, complained I couldn't give the sandwiches back to the driver even though they had not left the bag and then complained that I would have free food. He said he could not refund me the price he overcharged, but after a few minutes of that he said he would discount me $10 off of my next order, which wasn't even the amount his mistake had me overpay. Reluctantly, he said minutes later, I would get my refund at the end of the night. Mind you they close at 3am. Afterasking him, if even after his next delivery he could come back, 40 minutes later, the delivery driver did come back to give me my refund, which unfortunately came from his own pocket. The owner had not given him the money. I feel very sorry for the driver, he had absolutely nothing to do with the owner's rudeness or mistake, and I hope he gets reimbursed for that.

Ordered through an app. The sandwich was good and all but the service was horrible. I complained because of the order being wrong, which I did not even ask for a refund but received a refund. The restaurant decided to call me multiple times until I picked up to tell me that we are rude, never to order from them again nor call them. Messing up the food is fine, mistakes happen, wrong orders fine, it happens and I understand them but calling me multiple times until I pick up is where I draw the line. I'll follow their instruction and never order from them again, but hey at least I follow my instruction unlike their food instructions lol.
