Horrible customer service. The indian guy with a mohawk and tatoos is a thief. I always go to this location to purchase hot coffee and never encountered a problem with other staff members, I purchased a medium coffee, a bag of cookies, and a bag of airheads today at this location. The price for the coffee should of been 1$ with the 7 eleven app meanwhile i was charged 3$! For a medium sized coffee. In addition, the cashier did not give me a receipt and i also believe he didn’t scan my app. When i told him that he charged me a lot and that it is the law to give a receipt he got nasty with me. Definitely avoid this place. The best part part of the story is that i believe he was the manager or owner. Listen to other reviews as well and avoid this place. Make sure to check your receipts and points. This location is fraud. I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Please be careful spending money here and always get a receipt. I believe they are adding on to prices. Stealing from people points from the 7-Eleven app. Caught the guy a couple of times trying to scan an extra item. Then he gets very rude when u say something. avoid this store at all costs it will be better in the long run just to go to the other 7-Eleven down the street.

Insanely rude. I just called to ask about a promotion on the 711 app. Before I could even finish my sentence, the RUDE employee cut me off off and said, “not available at our store”, and hung up on me. I understand not all promotions are available at every location because they are franchised, but I didn’t even mention which promotion it was, didn’t mention any item. All I said what, “I was on the 711 App” and was instantly cut off and hung up on. Terrible customer service and will never go back to this location. I rather walk 30+ minutes to a different location before I give them my money.
