Santos Seafood

Santos is great. Staff is friendly & food is good. It is a very small establishment located behind El Burrito in Cleveland. They even sell raw fish that looks nice & fresh. Their raw fresh seafood. Even octopus, alligator,, crawfish,, etc. It is cheaper than buying it at krogers & it looks better too. They cook it up really well. I will use them whenever I want to stick up on fresh fish for my next fish fry. They do eat in & take out. Great little hidden restaurant. I wish they were located on one of the main roads in Cleveland & that they had a much bigger seating area for dining in. My kids loved it. Plenty of choices for the kids even if they don't like seafood. Great prices. Great service. Really good tea. When I want seafood, this is where me & my family go. It is local to Cleveland so I don't have to drive all the way to New Caney or Humble for a good seafood restaurant. Check it out folks if you happen to be in Cleveland, Texas. Just take the Cleveland exit where you see the Popeye's chicken & go down where the Walmart is & take a left just pass El Burrito & it is located right behind the Mexican restaurant. For the longest I thought it was just a fish market but, it is actually a nice restaurant & it does NOT smell fishy like most fish markets do. These are just a few pictures but, they have a lot more fresh seafood they sell They will sell it raw & packaged for you to prepare at home or they will cook it up & you can eat there.

Let me just say this...Santos Seafood can fry the heck outta some fish n shrimp. Perfectly fried in that corn batter that just brings a nice crunch that goes right into a sweet delicate flesh of catfish that takes you back to one of them old southern fish fries you remember as a kid. Then you take one of their XL Shrimp fried up just right...piping hot...yet still bringing that succulent buttery sweetness that never disappoints. Not into the fried foods? Try them grilled...perfectly seasoned...beautifully cooked. Literally nothing I have not loved at this place. I will keep coming back as long as my health allows!

I was so excited to get some seafood since there’s limited places in town. I got the mojarra’s ( fish with a side of coleslaw) and was dissatisfied.. there was no flavor no spices .. i guess that could work for some people but it just didn’t for us. Other then that service was fast and friendly staff.

Far exceeded my expectations... wait staff was friendly and prompt... The fried shrimp were absolutely amazing....we just moved here and it was my 2nd visit ... highest recommendation !!!!
