Horrible food and service ever!!!!!! Was charged extra, when asked for refund the manager thru the money and was super mean and unprofessional!!!!
When got home, was super upset, they gave me the wrong order!!!!!! I will never ever give them another chance! Look at the picture, this is not TACO!!!!!!!!!

I've ate here before never any bad experience. But on Easter, I ordered the combo for three soft tacos supreme. The combo that I ordered was not soft tacos or supreme. It was hard tacos and not supreme. Then I added that I wanted 3 Doritos tacos supreme, and they were casual not supreme. So disappointed ☹️.

I ordered a breakfast burrito meal with no bacon in the drive thru. I know the order went thru correctly, the gal who took my order repeated it back to me. I was down the road a while before I opened the meal to eat it. It had bacon on it! It's against my religion to eat pork, hense why I ordered no bacon. I was to far to turn around, so I called them. No one answered after 15 rings. A bit later my phone rang, it was Taco Bell, the person on the phone said something inaudible, so I said excuse me, they then hung up on me. Poor customer service ! and whoever made my order obviously doesn't care if they do it correctly. Not returning to that taco bell for sure.

As someone who works in the service industry myself, I try to give employees of simular work some slack when it comes to service received but with that said, this Taco Bell took the cake as it were when it comes to bad experiences.
I ordered the #6 combo (2 chalupas, 1 side taco and a drink) and 2 supreme burritos. First off, in the drive through it took 5 minutes for the line to even move and then my order was gotten wrong, not to mention my drink wasn't even filled all the way. Specifically, I ordered beef chalupas and received chicken but all that is currently mentioned? I can forgive that but I didn't receive my burritos AT ALL and they wouldn't take my call (after ringing several times I got a busy signal). I would insist on resolving my personal issue but I didn't get a receipt either in my bag.
In short, there are several Taco Bell's in the area, I'd advise anyone to give this particular one a wide berth.

The guy that took my money also wrapped my food and it is the best wrapped food i have ever gotten at a fast food place. I dont know his name but he was short and wears glasses. Great job!!

My Taco Was Cracked In Half & They Did Not Put Cheese On It. The Employees Were Nice & Replaced It. My Fries Only Had A Half Box But They Gave Me More. Everything Was Very Good. 😋

TERRIBLE DRIVE THRU SERVICE. The manager told me to never come back and if I did I wouldn’t be served. She was upset that I giggled because I tripped over my words as I was ordering. When I pulled up to the window she was banging on the counter and yelling to her employees about the incident. Also, two items were left out of the order. Very unprofessional and disgusting.

Food was decent for fast food, not hot and fresh but not too old or cold. Front counter person was nice and got my order right. I ain't mad.
