Artefino's Creative and Healthy Choices. Love the sandwiches. Seems like I am always in a hurry and even though I like to try many of the items on the menu, I like the sandwich that boasts the name of the great Cleveland Icon, Viktor Schreckengost. I have been enjoying this sandwich since way before it was announced that The Viktor Schreckengost Museum was coming to Tower Press. The secret of the Schreckengost is the side of horseradish, that adds just the right amount of Zing to the ham, swiss, lettuce and tomato sandwich on rye! I have heard that Viktor himself came and visited the cafe and suggested the sandwich be added to the menu!
ARTEFINO GREAT FOOD. ArteFino Cafe is one of Cleveland's great undiscovered gem. When you walk in, you are surrounded by fun and lively art. The jewelry is also reasonably priced. The food and the staff is what makes this place stand out. The sandwiches are super tasty--especially the Freda Kahlo. Staff is super friendly.

Went there for lunch with my daughter today and it was awesome! Loved looking at the art work while food was being prepared. Staff had great customer service, place was clean, pricing was reasonable and the food was delicious! I had the special which was a yummy turkey wrap with lots of goodies inside and my daughter had the Andy Warhol! We also had the iced mochas which was suggested to us with white chocolate and that was a great choice!
A quiet little cafe that serves food and drink. The food is just decent; but the location is unique and interesting because the walls are filled and lined with art (paintings, sculpture, jewelry, etc). The primary reason for visiting is if you would enjoy looking at and/or purchasing art.
Food and service were exactly how one should expect a cafe to be. They are prompt, polite, and serve quality food/drink for reasonable prices. The girl that works in the morning is always very polite and efficient. She even allowed me to customize my breakfast sandwich a bit. A+
Note: Only a heads up and suggestion; If you are expecting plentiful amounts of vegan/vegetarian options, then you will be disappointed. However, they do not claim to be vegan or vegetarian friendly, which makes this completely reasonable. This would be the only thing I would suggest improvements on.

My hubby and I drop through to get a sandwich while it was very good! Enough to share? But I'm most overjoyed by the artist necklace he picked up for me for my Birthday that day. I love bees and I just thought it was such a exquisitely designed BEAUTIFUL piece. I want to go back and pick up some Cleveland Ohio designed memorabilia! Theres an Ohio bag that I gotta have!

Unique food. Local shop. Good stuff. One of the things I miss about not working downtown anymore. My favorite, which I highly recommend, is their "Cubano" sandwich. But you also can't go wrong with whatever that come up with for the special of the day.
I really enjoy this place. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is excellent with a great homemade taste. The soup is AMAZING and made from scratch daily.

Not the best coffee in the world but the food is good in the environment is great. I also really appreciate the local artist work usually there are some great jewelry finds for reasonable prices
Fantastic freshly made smoothies. Staff are also very accommodating to dietary needs and allergies. Great place for casual meetings.
