Wendy's

Horrible visit. It all started when we pulled into the parking lot. I should have left then. It would have been less painfull. It was 145 pm. On a Thursday. We pulled into the parking lot, parked and started to go into the dining room. The side entry door was opening and a worker was coming out onto the sidewalk. As we walked toward the door, the woman stated, "You all can't come in." I paused, perhaps with a confused look on my face. She further stated, "Dining room's closed. Can't come in." In a single word, her demeanor and tone were, rude. I looked carefully at the door, and windows. Nothing. No signs, no notices, nothing to indicate that the dining room was closed. We got back in the car, and proceed around the building to enter the drive through lane to order. Again I took not of all windows and doors on the other side of the building. No signs or notices about dining room closure. The woman that had spoken to us was outside smoking and talking loudly on her mobile phone. Perhaps we were lucky that she was coming outside for a smoke as we arrived. Her warnings had preempted us from making it all the way to the entry doors only to find them locked. Actually, I bet they were not locked. We did enter the drive through lane to order. I took 28 minutes from the end of the line, until our food was handed to us. There were 7 cars in line. 7. While waiting at the window, we could all hear very loud boisterous laughing from inside the food prep area. I can only assume that the worker that had been smoking earlier had quite the flair for coworker social engagement, or perhaps she was not smoking tobacco. I guess I'll never know. My Wendy's Orginal Double with Cheese tasted exactly like every other Wendy's Double with Cheese I have ever eaten in my life. For that I am thankful.

Don't go here . They are very slow. It takes them 20 minutes to serve 3 cars in the drive up. They hand out cold food. And the orders are always wrong. Management does not care about quality or concerns. This store does not reflect Wendy's quality standards or speed. Also staff does not wear proper hair nets or gloves. Buger king or mcdonalds is a better choice for this area, and that's just sad to say.

I’ve been to pretty bad Wendy’s across the US and this was by far the worst. Should’ve read the reviews before going through the drive through. Slow & horrible service. They forget pieces of the order and then because the lobby is closed, you have to waste MORE time going back through the drive through and waiting again for the food you paid for. The best part….is when they actually got me the “sandwich” from my order….I go to eat it…and it wasn’t even what I ordered 🥴 If they spent more time preparing the orders rather than screwing around (to the point where we can hear them through the window) then there wouldn’t be so many bad reviews. Save your time and money and go to kfc or zaxbys a few hundred feet away.

Unfortunately, this location has yet to open its dining room. The line is wrapped around the building, and the frosty machine is broken. They didn't sound like they had plans to have it looked at either. I ordered 2 large combos and made it home with 1 fry, 1drink, no double cheeseburger, the nuggets were in the bag and I had 2 straws. I wasn't fixing to spend another 45 minutes in line to have them fix the first order.

Waited 15 mins in drive thru to get to the speaker menu and the first thing that’s said is “we’re going through a shift, so it’s gonna be about 15 mins” I understand people leaving and people coming in for the day but why would you swap everything out all at once and have to stop running the business for however long it takes, there was 4 cars in front of us getting food and pulling off, did the shift exchange not effect those orders too? I’m very confused at how this makes sense for the business needs.
