wish we got an updated room would definitely upgrade now if we were able to! didn’t realize till a few weeks after moving in that the upgraded rooms were definitely more worth it. lived here for a few months love the location but walls are a bit thin! the updated rooms are definitely nicer and way more worth it
Just moved in a few months ago and love it here! The apartment is super spacious and location is amazing. There is so much around to do and eat. Management is always fast to respond and fix any issues that come up!
I've lived here for 5 years and will renew for a 6th year. The maintenance is quick to respond, all apartment have nice name-brand appliances, and the amenities are top notch.
The location is the best feature of the apartment, located above Noodle Cat next to the House of Blues, nearly everything you want is a short walk, however most residents have a car.
It's important to stress that nearly every unit is unique and each has it's own pros and cons. My unit is very quiet, very difficult to heat/cool, and features lots of natural light, but no opening windows. Other units are the complete opposite, so most reviews will be specific to their particular unit and comments about such issues most likely won't apply to the unit you rent.
Most residents are mid 20s to early 30s, have no children, and have a good amount of expendable income. I've never seen a family with children in the apartment. Overall the experience has been positive.
Best value for living downtown. Apartments are newly renovated, spacious, and you can't beat the location. Management is great and always responds quickly to any requests. Highly recommend!
I just moved in. A lot of things not done due to renovations so wasn't the happiest about that. I have a lot of things still need fix and the place is not well lighted.
Danielle and LaMir (spellcheck) are phenomenal. They made it happen for us. So far so good very good staff.
I've lived here for a little over 2 years now and have been very pleased. The staff is always quick to respond to my questions/concerns. The location is one of the best in downtown. The only negative is the paper thin walls between apartments.
Been here since 2011. There is a reason I keep staying. The staff is particularly exceptional. The location is incredible.
