Tried the Cookie Butter Cold Brew! I would recommend any cold brew from Dunkin. Sat in the line for a while. Sat at the window waiting to pay for a while. Maybe they’re understaffed. Overall satisfied with this location!!

Love the staff here! Always willing to help me out whenever they discontinue a seasonal drink to give me the closest thing they can. Service is accurate and quick for me, but I don’t often go during peak hours.

This Dunkin' is on the corner of Pearl and York Rd in Parma/Parma Hts (depends on who you ask) lol. KUDOS to Sophie for providing a 5-star experience!!!!! She greeted me with such enthusiasm that I almost went back out the door to hear it all over again!! Sophie was friendly, professional, courteous...I could go on and on; but, instead I encourage you to 🚶♂️🚶♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🛴🚘 there asap.

I always use the drive through. Most of the time the staff is very friendly but my last visit was a little odd. I'm going to just say that the Girl was having a bad day.
Coffee is always good, Donuts are always limited.
Of course I'm going to keep going because it's my neighborhood Dunkin'. I just know that I'm going to keep using the drive-thru, that way I can just get in and out. I don't want to be served attitude with my coffee and my donation (donated to Kids Cancer Fundraiser) donut.
