Ordered a pizza tonight from this business for our movie night here at home. The pizza was good- the pepperoni had excellent flavor and it was a nice medium sized pie. Had good flavor and looks like it was put together better than most places. Would recommend pick up for the order rather than delivery. Overall- 4 out of five review and would order from them again.
Don’t request delivery. It could take hours. But if you order on the app and pick up it’s great. This team has really improved on creating great pizza.
anyone talkin down on the SOLDIERS who work here are entitled. Order online, don't be a fat american and actually pick up your pizza 10 minutes later. Its been perfect every time. These folks haven't messed up once since I moved into the neighborhood >:)
Pizza was hot, order was right, and tasted very good. The 1 pizzabox did get smashed down on the pizza, not sure how the delivery driver did that, but didnt really effect the pizza. I will order again
This store is ran really well and the people who cook and work there care about how they make the pizzas and food. The parma hts store is very good
They were very busy but the service was really great. And the pizza was great the experience was good very good to
I gave 5 stars for the manager. Short staffed pizza came cold, went above and beyond to satisfy. Good job Christopher. And still refused a tip for his customer service.
It’s good pizza for fast food but decent pizza in general
It isn't the best pizza in the world. You don't need me to tell you that. It is however good pizza. It's also pizza that is delivered quickly (for the most part) and affordable. 6 bucks for a medium sized pizza? Sign me up. I had a slight issue with them taking a while on the delivery, and looking at the tracker I think they had to start my pizza over. Obviously they must have made an error then noticed it and corrected it. I'll gladly take my pizza a little later as long as they fix the problem. We aren't perfect and mistakes happen. Show me someone who says otherwise, and I'll show you a liar. Good stuff here. Gonna give them 4 stars for taste, price, and speedy delivery. Not going to rank it 5 because that would be a perfect score, and this isn't perfect pizza, but again you don't need me to tell you that.
We ordered 2 pizzas, good as usual from this location. Our delivery driver Kyle was an exceptional young man. It's a shame they are not all as polite as he is. Need more employees like him. Thank you for the wonderful service.
