This is the CLEANEST Mr. Hero I've ever seen! I called ahead to confirm closing time and they informed me when I should arrive to ensure that I wouldn't cut it too close. Located in a shopping plaza, the restaurant was easy to find. The place was so clean! I always visit a Mr. Hero when I'm in town and I was not disappointed! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything was fresh and tasty as always! Thanks! 😊

When you crave a n Northeast Ohio favorite you head for Mr Hero! Lol.
Here we have a traditional Romanburger with cheese wafer fries, a chicken Philly with green peppers and onions, and finally a romanburger BTE (for the extra hungry).
Call ahead for take away, or go in and order. Friendly staff.

Love this location! I’ve been here multiple times and every time it’s been very clean, and the staff is not only friendly, but they are efficient. You get fresh food-FAST! On top of the fact that Mr. Hero in general just has great fast food! My favorites are the Roman Burger and the Zesty Philly! Can’t go wrong with either!

They’re expensive subs. But if you have some disposable income for food they’re well worth the money spent. Imo these folks make the best steak and cheese with fried onions and mushrooms anywhere.
Also, they make the best ROMAN BURGERS too. Being from Boston, that says a lot, because personally, imo, I think Boston has the best food. Not to mention they’re really nice people and very personable.
Used to LOVE Mr. Hero...the last 5 yrs or so...when I decide I can't live without it...I have been repeatedly disappointed...HOWEVER, the Me. Hero in Brookfield plaza...is DELICIOUS and I have been there once a week for a couple months now...every time..the food was perfect.
Best Mr Hero in Cleveland. Must be family owned as the staff is super courteous, super clean and the food is always fresh. Puts all the other locations around it to shame. Keep up the great work!
Ordered a Romanburger and fries over the phone Sunday night around 8pm. Food and service were great, order was ready for pickup in a few minutes.
