This place is average but my kid likes it because it’s “not too spicy”. they are very fast. Chicken wings could be cooked more and not so rubbery. Price is very reasonable.

Captain Tony’s is a Shaker Square dining favorite of mine. Their deep dish pizza 🍕, salads 🥗 and calzones are all yummy. The wait time is I usually 10-15mins so you can pick up lunch or dinner and be on your way quickly. My fav pizzas are five-cheese, bbq chicken 🍗 pizza, and the honey mustard 🍯 chicken pizza. Their wings are good too. Definitely good eats
My husband and I have been frequenting Captain Tony's since he first moved here 6 years ago, and we've always been happy with their food and service. Delivery service is consistently faster than their estimates when you order over the phone. Best of all, they are happy to customize your food for you (when my husband could no longer eat cheese due to a medical issue, they were perfectly fine with making their Thai pizza for us without cheese).
Food was as advertised!!! Delicious!!! Been over twenty years since having any food from here and it did not disappoint!!!

The ingredients are QUALITY. I prefer a greasy, tasty top quality pizza. I was impressed. The mozzarella sticks were VERY good. The only thing we didn't like was the Italian sub, terrible.
Overall, definitely going to order again!
The crab pizza was good, but it could’ve had more crab on it. Still good though
Normally my experience is very good hence the 4 stars but the missing star is from yesterday's experience. The pizza had an odd odor to it and tasted a bit funny. Make sure your toppings are all fresh. Probably bad cheese. But other than last night, it has always been my go to place for pizza.
This review is not based on a recent visit, but I was recently thinking about Captain Tony's gyro pizza. It has been years since ordering from Captain Tony's, but in the past, me and my coworker used to order the gyro pizza all the time...it is the best pizza! I remember trying gyro pizza from another restaurant after the captain Tony's restaurant moved from Coventry, but it did not measure up. Now I am living in Houston, and thinking about seeing if I can get a pizzeria near me that also sells gyro sandwiches, to create a gyro pizza for me, and hoping it tastes just as good as Captain Tony's.
Best pizza I have ever had in Cleveland . you know how you go to a pizza place one time and its good. The second time your like its okay. Well not here the deep dish is fantastic !! Always the same never soggy mm mm. Its just right. You will be happy that you went here.
