My favorite location is Belmont. I wish my home location rediscovered the consistency that Belmont has.
The service was great. This is not normally the case at these "donut shops". The coffee was good. The only drawback? The donut holes were stale. They still get 4 stars just because of the friendly service.
I've never seen a Dunkin that chopped up the bacon for the Bacon Avocado Toast before, but it should be the standard. No more ruining the bread while gnawing through a piece of chewy bacon.
The seating area appeared clean. The coffee and donuts selected were good.

I'm nowhere near disgruntled. New staff is much, much nicer and much, much better at making things. Two very, very kind Muslim women had excellent customer service and were a pleasure to interact with. My only complaint is that I haven't seen the worker Sean there in a while. He was great, too! Probably the only great person I can recall from before. Anyways, things are looking up for the place.
Staff is always friendly and restaurant is very clean, bright, and we'll maintained. I use the phone app to order ahead and my orders have been ready everytime while still fresh, so I know it wasn't sitting there. They actually pay attention to the pickup time.

We always receive excellent service at this Dunkin! This location was recently remodeled and refreshed. We had delicious fresh piping hot coffee this morning. Stayed hot and fresh tasting for over half an hour. We ordered an after church snack of avocado toast, hash browns and snackin bacon . A perfect and filling snack. Everything was so Yummy!

The hot coffee, espresso drinks and iced coffee are fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient. This is a fast food restaurant but clean. I recognize many regulars when I stop in for a morning caffeine jolt. Staff never rushes the lingering patrons.
