Really good customer service, they had ran out of Snickerdoodle cookies when we arrived but they were baking another batch and let us come by later to pick up our cookie.
The ice cream itself was nice and the cookie was very nice, fresh out of the oven. It was slightly eggy though but otherwise, it is a good stop for a sweet tooth.
Many of the other positive reviewers rave about this place as if it changed their lives, which might be the case, but I just found it to be a good ice cream place. It was a good deal for the amount of ice cream given- the two scoops takes the cake. I would recommend getting a cup/bowl since the cones are a bit unmanageable with that amount of ice cream. Nevertheless, the cookie was pretty good too. There is no indoor dining at this time, but two small tables outside for your convenience on nice nights. Would recommend a visit, cheers.
Service was kind and sweet. I appreciate ice cream places that allow having two flavors on one scoop . I was not impressed with their flavors selection - settled for Banana pudding and pecan butter. Quality of the ice cream was good
I just wanted to pop on here and give a shout-out to the two ladies working at the Arcade location in Cleveland on the Fourth of July! It was just the two of them with a line out the door and into the Arcade corridor and these ladies served not only served delicious ice cream but also fantastic customer service while under pressure of hungry customers! You girls were rockin’ it- keep up the good work!
As for the ice cream sandwiches, they were totally worth the wait! 🍦

Sweets. Usually something that I don't usually care about. Yet, Instagram, and it's great algorithms when it comes to promoting products, and promoting companies, popped up in the wife's feed. Today is our birthday, but we celebrate it yearly by going to an Indians game (Yes you read that correctly, we share a birthday). After pigging out at the Indians game, which we lost, we traveled over to Cathy's.
Now, they had a few different cookies available, we decided to go for the churro, with cookies and cream ice cream my goodness. First the churros were fresh, as in we actually sat and waited 10 minutes for fresh churros. Man, man, man. It was so good, rolled fresh in Cinnamon sugar. The ice cream was solid in it's own right, since we split it it ended up being basically an a la mode sweet. Nothing at all wrong with that. The scoop they give you is very generous. When paired with the cookies (or churros) it could even be considered too much for one person, unless you're a sweets lover. I'd love to go back and have a cookie sandwich, mainly because if the churro is this good, how good are their cookies. Will edit this soon because I WILL go back
Literally amazing. I got a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with salted caramel peanut ice cream and chocolate chips. It was so good. The cookies were warm, the ice cream was tasty and soft. Great customer service! Unfortunately you can’t leave a tip with your card while checking out. They need to fix their system to allow that.
Loved it! Poor girl was working all by herself and several people in line but she managed to get the cookies in and out of the oven and help everyone in a reasonable time. The cookies were chewy but had that crunch, I had the snickerdoodles with carrot cake ice cream. Even if you just get the cookie or the ice cream they were both excellent! Will be back!
We loved the icecream! My son did not like the cookies at all though. The prices were average for the size and amount given. The staff was super friendly! I really enjoyed the keylime flavored icecream! This was the first place that my son spotted at The Arcade and we had to go in and sample the sweets!
Amazing ice cream sandwiches. Finally a place with treats that taste as good as they look. Super friendly service makes it a must try. I had the chocolate chip cookies with cookies and cream ice cream rolled in Oreos with caramel. It was perfect
The treats live up to the hype! The cookies are baked PERFECTLY, and the ice cream is applied GENEROUSLY! The only downside to the ice cream sandwiches is that they're too large to easily eat. (HINT: do not attempt while walking downtown!) Overall, the experience was wonderful, and I'll definitely be returning again!
