My lady studies in NC, and I study here in Cleveland. She flew in and so I made a reservation here. How. Freaking. Awesome! The service from the staff was top tier… they were all so friendly. The food was everything we could have hoped for, and the atmosphere couldn’t be beat. You get a sense of how classy the place is while feeling, a sense of belonging. If you’ve never been, make a reservation and RUSH to try it. It will not disappoint. Thanks so much to Laurie, Enrique, Jorge, and everyone else that welcomed and served us. We had a wonderful night!

The staff was awesome & attentive. The menu lacks marked options for dietary restrictions. I asked about allergies to milk & butter. The response was only red sauce was available. They accommodated by grilling 2generous pieces of chicken. Nice but not the experience I was hoping for.

Incredible! Mallorca never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel special. This begins a wonderful culinary experience! We were in Spain this spring and tried paella in every town we visited... Barcelona, Mallorca, & Ibiza. NO ONE made paella better than our own Cleveland restaurant. Whether you have stuffed lobster, salmon, shrimp, beef, veal, or chicken, you can be assured it is freshly cooked & delicious. I often order stuffed shrimp (which is an incredible meal), but ordering paella is my favorite. My son ordered a steak that was large enough to have leftovers for 2 days. Last NYE, I ordered stuffed lobster, which was an incredible meal. You are not going to find better dishes anywhere in the city!
The owner & the staff put their heart & soul into this restaurant to make dinner a unique & special event. This dedicated staff has been there for over 20 years, which says volumes about their dedication to the public. They must put their own family second in order to put their customers first because they are always there working with a smile. Go to Mallorca and experience the ambiance & food! It's a great experience!

Had dinner here with a friend from out of town last night. When I first walked in and saw how busy the place was, I was hesitant about how the night was gonna go. Much to my surprise, I was greeted and treated like family. In a discussion with my waiter (which I later discovered was only 1 of 2 for the entire place which easily had 150 or more customers) they were a bit short-staffed. The amount of hustle I had witnessed, and the teamwork that was involved far outweighed any recent experience I myself have witnessed in such a long time. The owner and all of the rest of the staff makes sure you are treated as one of their own from the moment you walk in, until you leave the establishment. I usually feel like a number in most dining experiences. As busy as they were they not only took the time and patience for myself and my friend, they accommodated and allocated for everyone else around my immediate area. I have been to Mallorca before and that is why I brought a visitor who is not from the area. I can say without hesitation, that I will return many more times.
I know I said it last night, but thank you again for the amazing food and atmosphere.

Thanksgiving Day--We all ordered the special Thanksgiving dinner that was on the menu and it was excellent. The generous serving of turkey was tender and moist, the stuffing moist and flavorful with walnuts and raisons, pureed sweet potatoes, a platter of broccoli and carrots perfectly steamed, a mixed salad with a dressing with a nice amount of "bite" to it, a platter of seasoned rice and a wonderful cheesecake with raspberry sauce was all included in the dinner. We left fully satisfied and happy we choose Mallorca to celebrate the day. The only drawback was a lack of servers which made the service slower than it should have been.

When in Cleveland; you are settling for less if you do not dine here. This is the best place in the city. Food, service , atmosphere etc etc. They deserve 10 stars, but we can only give 5. Please give your business to this restaurant, they deserve it, and you will be very happy. Had the 16oz steak with rice and salad and potatoes. Excellent portions and quality. Their garlic soup is on another level !!! This is a must dine place. Your new favorite restaurant is right here. Mallorca ❤️

Had a fantastic lunch here this week. Service was phenomenal. The staff was very attentive. The food was great, and the prices were low for a restaurant in downtown Cleveland. If you want to enjoy a great ambience come here!

OMG I cannot say enough about Mallorca!!!! The servers are attentive, informative and light spirited.
🥰 Every time my Honey brings me to the CLE we have dinner here. We Always order the octopus, garlic shrimp and Caipirinha. Their main dishes come with LOTs of sides. The flan is excellent the drinks are strong. i HIGHLY reccomend you check this spot out! Edit * Omg I forgot to mention the gaspacho if you love soup this is a cold soup and it is Authentic beat I ever had!!!
