Pizza Hut

LOVE Pizza Hut but this location has some of the worse staff I’ve ever encountered. Last time I went the marinara sauce smelled and tasted like alcohol. Today when I ordered my pizza and breadsticks the lady said it would be about 20 minutes so my mother went to pick it up and they had to remake it from my understanding they had given my order to someone else. Which mistakes happen but the lady was very rude to my mother and taking her sweet time. She offered 30% off which wasn’t worth waiting for especially after she was so rude. We will not be returning to this location.

Walked in with a family of 6. We were asked from the kitchen if we were dining in. When we said yes, we were told to find a seat. Waitress then yelled across the empty restaurant at us asking how many we had. She then brought 6 sets of silverware and took drink orders. After delivering the drinks, she says "let me know if you need anything else" and disappeared. We had no menus. She never came back to take our order. 15 minutes later we all got up and walked out. I don't think a single employee realized we were leaving. Salad bar looked sickly and they had food on the buffet out, very little of it and it did not look appetizing. Worst experience yet. I think we are done with Pizza Hut.

The waitresses are awesome! They are friendly and attentive. I go in every couple weeks with my elderly father and they bring our drinks to the table nearly as soon as we sit down - they remember us each time! They chat with with us, make sure we haven't changed our minds and put our order in automatically. It makes for a great atmosphere !

They're close by, which is why we've gone so many times. The pizza is always very flat and dry. Even when you order a set a time, you can show up 15 minutes after the time its supposed to be ready and you'll still wait. I always ask for extra sauce and they always ignore my request. I'm going to email the corporate pizza hut and ask them to check into management here because this place is bad. Just look at the other reviews.

Waited 5 minutes to be seated even with us standing at the front counter. 2 people were working but no one was at the front to seat people coming in. The salad bar had old, dry vegetables with brown lettuce. The womens bathroom had blood and urine on the toilet seat and toilet paper every where. The "waitress" got our drinks and silverware then never came back to check on us. Worst Pizza Hut service I've ever had.

Went to this Pizza Hut tonight with my 4 kids. I ordered buffets and drinks for them and ordered a tea myself. I had to ask for my drink halfway through sitting there because she didn't bring it. Two of my kids are too young to go to the buffet by themselves so I had to make their plates. I made the initial run with all of them and once they were seated I allowed the oldest to get food for her and one other kid but I went back to make plates for the youngest (because most places frown upon 5 year olds and 7 year olds making their their plates) When I went to the bar there were no plates so I asked the waitress walking by for more plates and she handed me more. I then made a couple plates and had an exchange with the waitress about the tongs used for the breadsticks. I came back to the table to hand out the food. At that point my drink came and then my kids and I conversed about why they couldn't share their food with me (because I wasn't paying for myself and I was waiting to eat dinner with my wife at home) among other things. That time was pleasant. When the waitress came to clear some plates, I asked for to go cups. She then dropped the check off and it had me charged for an adult buffet, four kids buffets and five drinks. I asked her nicely to please remove the adult buffet because as I stated earlier I was waiting to eat with my wife when I got home. At this point the waitress never came back with our to go drinks or our updated ticket. So, after several minutes of waiting we got up from our table and went to the front counter. When the lady handed me the ticket I asked her nicely again to please remove the adult buffet and then in front of my children she said "no sir, that's the right price because the other waitress saw you eating" She essentially called me a liar in front of my children. I was taken aback and I said no, as I stated earlier I did not eat (I didn't eat so much as a speck of pepperoni) She countered with no, I'm not changing it because she saw you eating. Then the other girl spoke up and said well "I saw him making plates. I Didn't see him eating." (You're darn right you didn't because I just had a 10 minute conversation with my children about how it would be wrong for me to even eat a bite of leftover food on their plates) And of course I was making plates because my son couldn't even reach the pizzas if he tried! Not to mention, he would have gotten his germs all over the place because that's how 5 year olds are! At this point the lady handed it off to the manager angrily started mumbling something and walked away. At this point, I was shaking because I was so upset but I kept myself together while my kids were just standing there watching this whole exchange. The manager stepped in and asked me if I was okay (She was the only shining light in any of this experience and the only reason I didn't give one star) She apologized and asked me to please come back after she removed the adult buffet. I think it will be along time before I ever go back! The service was rough, no drink until halfway through, my oldest had to ask for silverware for everyone, I had to ask for plates, we never received our to go drinks and I got called a liar and treated like a thief. I can't say that I recommend this place at all. I wish I could go back and allocate the tip I left to only go to the manager. The kids said the food was good but no amount of good food is worth getting treated like that. The manager needs a raise and the staff needs manners.
