Wendy's

Had to change my infant in the eating room as Wendy's doesn't put changing stations in any of their bathrooms. Ice machine was broken right at lunch high traffic. Staff knew. Instead of someone fixing it, everyone had to go up to the waiting area and keep asking them which in turn made less ppl working on food prep and backed up all orders. Mens bathroom not restocked on paper towels. I have been to places where it has been faster, cleaner, and people thinking on their feet/planning ahead.

Don’t eat here.. You know , you try and be polite to the workers in hopes of not sabotaging your food… Clearly that didn’t work today on 7-10-22 … For some reason I didn’t trust the managers /workers smile when I grabbed my food through the drive through , just seemed insincere When I get home , we take my kids nuggets out and it looked like 1 had been bitten off.. The fries look like they have been, sitting for 24 hours and slightly heated , just disgusting To the owner. Do a complete overhaul on this place , clean it , get new management. With the way things are being run there , you won’t see any profitability

This is literally the slowest wendys I’ve ever been too, i was second in line and it took me 45 min to get through the line and to the window. At first I wasnt going to be mad if it was only one person in there but when i pulled up to the window they had a whole team just sitting around doing nothing. Update: got out of line and they completely messed up my order and didnt give me my receipt so i could go in and fix my order
