Mcdonald's

Mobile App charged me for my order and I even got a final confirmation receipt. Restaurant could not locate the order. Went inside, explained to manager on duty and was told there was nothing they could do and come back in a few days and speak to a different manager if I don’t get a refund. Really? So I ordered again on the app right in the store and you would think they would ensure the second order was accurate and fresh. Hahaha I got fooled again. Fries were like cold rubber and the sandwiches were made wrong. I do spend a lot of money here and usually don’t have issues, it’s sad to see there is no customer service or offer to make it right by management on the spot. I mean I had a receipt. I’m going to go see a different manager as they suggested before I charge it all back to them. Unhappy Multi Year customer.

I don’t know how they mess up so bad but the fries and nuggets were good. I order a quarter pounder with cheese plain only meat and cheese. She read it back to me and rang it up correctly on the receipt. I get home and I get a Big Mac and the wrong sauce for my nuggets. I just don’t understand how they get a order wrong. I just wanted a plain cheeseburger
