Chick fil a is always consistent, food is always fresh and hot. Sometimes is the drive thru they forget to give us something. But everything is always consistent.

First off I never write reviews but for this I had to...I had rewards that they would not let me redeem. I get a breakfast burrito that is falling apart. The manager was very unpleasant and roller her eyes at me. I've been to a lot of chick fil a's and the customer services was not there. I will not be going back to this location. This is not the first time it has happened at clemmons.

After changing and adjusting my order several times, I didn't even realize the chicken nuggets came in both breaded and grilled so when I got mine I went back in to get it corrected... No hassle, no questions just a courteous apology (even though it was not even their fault) and a fresh hot replacement of the proper kind...
All with a real smile. In general Chic FIL A is the best of any fast food out there at present and this store held that standard well.

Really good food, good service and courteous staff. All reasons to recommend this fast food place. But also they have gluten-friendly options which I now require due to allergies so am glad that I can still go and enjoy their food.

About as good a chicken sandwich as you can find at a fast food joint. And the fries were almost hot and crispy this time. The chocolate shakes are about the best I have run across.

First of all, I never write these things. I feel it is a waste of time, however not this time. My wife and I moved down here in November and I’ve been struggling to find a decent job since. Despite going here several times and having my order completely wrong even after I explained my food allergy which they obviously have a blatant disregard, I still applied for a job knowing it’s a Christian establishment. After going on 2 interviews and being told things went well, despite being down on my luck and desperately needing income they decided to turn me away. This is not a very Christian attitude and these people do not care about you, they only want your money. I am never eating here again, nor is my entire family. You have lost several customers for life. Reap what you sow.

First time at this Chick-fil-A and it will be the last most likely. Everything was bland with no flavor. Even the tea...although it was sweet, it was a tasteless sweet. Almost as if barely any actual tea was used in the brewing... just enough to make the liquid brown and then added a small amount of sugar. The grilled chicken club... the chicken, bacon, even the cheese, was bland. Added mayo with no real change... only could taste the bread. Definitely not Chick-fil-A quality.

The staff at this location are great. Just a suggestion though. There needs to be some sort of signage directing curbside pickup orders to the Staples parking lot. The parking lot at this location is not efficient.
