Taco Bueno

I've been here many times over the past few years. It used to be pretty good and very fast. Well, not anymore. I have no idea what changed, but the food quality has gone down and boy have they slowed down. I have actually waited at the drive thru box for 25 minutes waiting to just order and there was no line! And I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they were just having an off moment, nope! Also, they keep sending you around to park out front and wait for your drive thru order. My husband got so frustrated that he walked in and found our food had just been sitting there on the counter instead of being brought out to us. What's the point of ordering thru the drive thru if you still have to park?!?! We love Bueno!!! But we will not be back to this location unless big changes are made!

Went today passed the drive thru and no one took our order. We pull up to the window and this old white lady asks us if we had our order taken. We say no and she yells out they are busy and start taking the order to the person behind us. After that she tell us what we want in the rudest way ever. We just had enough of her bad attitude and drive off....window loudly slams closed behind us. Never going back here and the people who allow rude employees to run their business obviously dont want it to seceed.

Ordered 3 items from the “3 for 2.99” menu , charged full price. Told her these were to be 2.99, she said I needed to let her know, that they don’t know what is on that menu. When I said that is impossible, she came up with an even crazier reason...that people come through all the time and order 3 and DECLINE the discount so she can’t assume I want the discount just because I ordered 3. Wow!

First of all I ordered 5 soft beef tacos. It was supposed to be $1 Tacos for the month of March. The person who charged me said that he can't give the discount without the manager!!!! My husband had to argue with him. And we still never got s discount!!!!! I'm so pissed!!! If you don't do something I promise I will neeeeeever eat from taco bueno ever again!!!!!!!!!!
