My first time at a Dickey's and it more than met expectations. The service provided was wonderful; the attendant was able to steer me in an appropriate direction with my order, and my desires were satisfied. The food was hot, well seasoned, and delicious. Expectations exceeded.

Not sure what happened here, but it was a while new crew. And they were all kids. They were nice, but we're under trained and overwhelmed. The kid serving the meat didn't have a clue and had to cut open a package of sausage to verify it was the correct one, it wasn't. He gave me a slab of fat and gristle that was supposed to be sliced brisket, couldn't eat any of it. Both meats were cold. It's too bad I got this order to go. Probably won't go there again.

I love Dickey's ❤️ I have always got great service! I'm disappointed in the Meat and yes more fat than meat this will really determine for most to return and eat! Hope management really takes these reviews and does something before you have to close because of no business 🙄 and please change these nasty table cloths!

These guys are usually pretty good. On this trip they were out of most things that I wanted to order. It feels like they changed the sweet tea or they let it spoil because it tastes horrible. I'm looking at my food on the way home and I'm already unhappy. I recognize that barbecue is pricey but at least it usually looks like it is

I went there last week and I loved it!! Miranda pointed me in the right direction for ordering. The food was hot and fresh. She was by herself on the line because her coworkers were elsewhere. She also helped me with getting sauce and my drink since I have a cast on!!

Second time in about 2-3 months. Both times out of Pecan pie. Server said they hadn't had any in a long time. Wanted Carolina bbq sauce and they only had spicy and regular. Ribs tho good had been in warmer too long; they were starting to get burnt taste. Chicken was same way.
Not very satisfied, probably won't be back for a while.
Also drive through been closed for a while problem labor shortage

Do not use online ordering! They have no business accepting online orders when they can’t even keep up with the people that come in to eat.
I ordered a pickup order on DoorDash- it told me 15 minutes, so I got there at that time. Then was told they hadn’t started on my order and I would have to wait for the (growing) line to be gone before they would start. 30 minutes later the line was still getting longer and they were not even concerned about my order. I obviously should’ve gotten in the line and placed our order because I would’ve been out quickly, but I had already paid on DoorDash. I ended up cancelling my order and going elsewhere. Will never order online here again.

Ordered through Uber eats. They didn't have the meat we wanted so we chose another. Waited almost an hour for our food just to be disgusted. The potatoes had skin like leather like they'd been sitting under a heating lamp all day. Three ribs were mostly fat and were really dry. I normally don't complain but I don't see how you could send food out like that.
