Dunkin' Donuts/baskin-robbins

Worst franchise ever. Frozen donuts so there never fresh. Everything comes in frozen. There management team is the worst. Service is horrible. They won't last long. Oh and did I mention hair in the ice cream. There ice cream is not frozen correctly, it's runny. I'll stay with braums and all our local donut shops. Close your doors Dunkin!! Worst run business I've ever experienced.

Just stopped on Dunkin Donuts in Cleburne, and they were out of almost everything we ordered. The only eggs for the breakfast sandwichs were the egg white veggie eggs, no pretzel croissant sandwiches, no chocolate milk, no large kolaches, and then they completely forgot one of our sandwiches! How can they be out of so many items?! Then we see the manager standing there and hear a kid yell 'Mommy!', and the manager yelled back 'Hold on!' So, looks like she brings her kid to work. If this was a mom and pop place, might understand a bit more, but this is Dunkin Donuts!!!

This place is combined with a Baskin Robins, and both are open on the donut hours. So it's never open when anyone wants ice cream. I happened to catch it before it closed at 11. $6 for a small milkshake is outrageous. Especially when you put as little ice cream as possible in there. I don't want to pay that much to drink a glass of lukewarm chocolate milk, and that's what I got. When I walked in many of the flavors were half melted. My question is, why even bother at that point? Dunkin should cut the deadweight.
