They got rid of *all deals on midnight May 24th. All of them. Any 2 fors, and the 3 fors. I went in to purchase 2 diet cokes for 3.50 like the deal sign say, and the guy charged me 5.54. When I said "the sign said 2 for 3.50" he said, with a smile ugh, "Taxes". My reciepts unit price was 5.13. Guy lied to my face with a smile. And I cannot. I'm not going back. This 7-11 was the only gas station I ever went to.

Replace your CC terminals. I never have problems with my card anywhere but here. Was just there and my card declined twice (after I just used it 10 minutes prior somewhere else), so I called the bank and they have no record of the transaction and have stated the issue is with your terminal. This is an ongoing issue and needs to be resolved. This is the 21st Century... plastic is king!

Who do they think they are fooling? Now that they got gas with points the raise prices to $3.89 a gallon for 93 gas I go to every other gas station it's only $3.50 or $3.40 a gallon. This is ridiculous they give you $0.11 credit and then they taken $0.25 back. Not gonna fool me I will never put gas at your gas station

I go in this store about 3-4 times a week. Usually everything is fine, today however was not. I went in a couple times and bought lotto tickets the older woman working at the time was flustered complaining she had to much work to complete. Made me wait over 5 minutes to check out. The final time I went in to buy two candy bars the price label was wrong and was letting her know it needed to be fixed and she got a very bad attitude complaining again that isn’t her job it’s rhe managers and she has enough to do already and has no time. I spend too much money in this store to be treated like dirt by your staff. If she can’t be pleasant with customers perhaps she shouldn’t work in a customer service position. Terrible experience!!

Monte is great employee he deserves a promotion or raise. Actually both for how hard I've seen him work. Working two registers at a time so people don't get upset aND have to wait long at all. He engages the customers makes anyone who walks in feel special. To sum it all up he works hard,customer friendly, attentive,positive everything you would want from an employee you should want to keep around. ownership should take a seriously look at promoting for him. I think that specific store would do even better with him at the helm. He's basically the only reason for my repeat business daily. OWNERSHIP HE TRULY DESERVES A RAISE OR A PROMOTION. IT WOULD MAKE YOUR STORE MORE PROFITABLE WITH HIM RUNNING IT. YOU WOULD HAVE A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF REPEAT CUSTOMERS.

The cashier, a middle aged male , was actually talking on his phone/Bluetooth AND eating a bag of chips while checking me out. Never missed a beat on his conversation and just scanned my items, I had to look at screen for my total. I’m so sorry I interrupted your day by trying to purchase items at your store. Next time I will go to Circle K or Speedway where they actually at least pretend they are working. Bad bad service , shaking my head.
