I usually order a cold brew, this place doesn't seem to make it like the other locations. It's not actually cold brew here (or at least this particular time), the guy filled a cup with ice and poured hot coffee in it which just made an extremely watery beverage. I would rather be told there was no more cold brew so I can order something else.
I don't normally ask for drinks or food to be remade, but I did this time. Even when I pointed out how watery the coffee was, there was no explanation proffered, I had to figure it out as I watched him make the drink a second time, and then I asked for a hot coffee which was honestly not great but better than the alternative. So basically, I paid extra for a regular coffee.

Guy just grabbed my husband's donut with his bare hand and I asked very nicely if he had one that he didn't touch with his bare hand. He got an attitude. Gave us a new one and threw the donut he touched back on the rack. He gave me a dirty look and shook his head.

Older woman who made my drink today handed my drink to my husband with cold foam all over the side while sucking the cold foam off of her fingers on her other hand. I’m sorry but that is just gross. I also have been overcharged several times but never have time to have it fixed. If this wasn’t the only Dunkin on my way to work I wouldn’t come here anymore. Rest of the staff is always awesome and super friendly, I just feel bad when they aren’t staffed appropriately….

This is usually my favorite Dunkin which is the reason I stopped here but today was not it. The order taker/drink maker was outside smoking a cigarette behind the menu board taking my order, the lady in the window was spilling my drink I asked her to switch out the lid since it was so drippy she said the lids are all the same they all drip then proceeded to explain to me how many lids come in a box and that they’re all the same 🙄 i’m sure she thought her response was abundantly hilarious however I don’t care how many lids come in a box I just expect my five dollar coffee not to spill all over my car when I order it. 😂 i’m laughing at how terrible this experience was but this location was Dunkin’s last chance for me and I probably won’t be back.

Went in there for a 6 pack or doughnuts and they were and are always delicious and I ate them all within a half an hour!! I tried to get a chocolate stuffed croissant and that was good too I guess it might have been sitting out a little too long though but what can ya do....still would recommend and go back!!

Service has gone downhill and there's never anything in stock. Try to call ahead to check if they have what's wanted but of course no one answers the phone so off to a new location that actually answers the phone and has desired product in stock. There are a few of the staff that are actually great but there are more than a few bad apples here unfortunately.

Great customer service, this was my first time at this location and was having trouble with my e-gift card and the lady was extremely nice and helped me out. This location will be my new favorite!. Very friendly and clean location!

I never write reviews but I'm so tired of going to Dunkin Donuts and everything being wrong! We ordered through Uber Eats today and were so disappointed! We were missing both of our drinks, they gave us the wrong donut, the bagels were both completely burnt and just disgusting, as was the snackin bacon which was overwhelmed with pepper and Cinnamon to the point it was inedible. I think I've ordered Dunkin once where the bagels were actually lightly toasted and the snackin bacon had only a small amount of cinnamon and pepper... The way it should be. I'm not sure why all of these Dunkin Donuts are getting it so wrong but it's a shame. They're going to lose a lot of business if they keep going like this. My family and I love eating Dunkin Donuts so I hope they can fix this soon! 🧋🥯🥓🍩🚫☹
