Went there this evening at 7:30 and we were told that the ice cream was not available as on Sunday they close it down to clean the cooler. What the heck is that all about. After reading all of the reviews I now understand just how poorly run this location is. And judging on the lack of responses to the reviews it is obvious that management/owners could care less.

This Baskin Robbins was just gross. We asked for toppings: m&ms or sprinkles, anything... and he said ALL of the toppings were old and he didn't recommend them... they were out of chocolate and Reeses. Asked for a spoon and a bunch of the plastic was coming off of it and it clearly had food or something stuck on it. I literally wanted to just throw away the ice cream after we left. After a few bites we did. The employee was friendly but the place just seemed dirty. Get some fresh toppings and give the place a good scrub down!

Rushed us while ordering even when they weren’t busy. This location is always “out of everything” I understand with Covid some places are low on supplies but even before Covid this location has been terrible. They’ve even yelled at Uber Eats drivers while I’ve been in here or I hear about it from Uber Eats drivers. So sad.

DON'T ORDER A CAKE FROM HERE Ordered a birthday cake (Ice Cream Pizza) 3 days in advance. Received confirmation email of the order. Showed up to pick up our cake only to have them say they did not have what they needed in stock to make it. No cake, no explanation on lack of communication, offered me nothing to help fix the situation. Worse yet the girl working the counter was not authorized to give me a refund, so they told me I have to come back the next day (not a convenient drive for me) to get my refund. Have tried to call 3 times today and no one answers the phone. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this is just awful.

Basking Robbins is great, taste wise. The service at this location, not so much. It’s not particularly one person. It’s the location as a whole. If someone wants Brownie Fudge Sunday’s (because that’s what’s stated on your menu) you should be able to provide that. Even if you don’t have “anymore cooked for the day.” Accommodate your customers and make Cookies/Brownies. On multiple occasions I have visited this location and whether it’s 2pm, 5pm or 8pm those should always be stocked up and made to the customers liking. I won’t be visiting this location again.

Walked in around 7:50 after dinner at Poblanos with a few other people. The employees did not greet us when we entered, we stood there for 15 seconds before a male employee with glasses and a garbage beard told us only that they close in a couple minutes. Then a second worker came up (female) and asked us “what do you want and how much?” We got nothing and left, we will never return. I hope this was just a bad experience and that not all the workers are that lazy and rude, especially in an economy where businesses need customers to drive business and survive. If I could give lower than one star, I would. As a business owner myself, the last thing I would ever do is drive away business like that. I hate leaving these negative reviews for that reason, but that shouldn’t be stood for.
