Chipotle Mexican Grill

Jesus. How can you get an order wrong twice? This was my double chicken, lettuce, quaso, pico, and sour cream burrito bowl. They fixed it by putting the same exact food I had in a new bowl with "romaine lettuce" on top that was 4 pieces of arugula and 3 or 4 pieces of spinach. I'm editing this because my wife said her burrito was messed up too. It's literally all rice with a tiny corner of chicken. How can this even HAPPEN!

I don't believe I have ever received an accurate order from this location. Always always missing ingredients, or given a teaspoon of sour cream or salsa etc when ordering online (so you're not there to coach them). Also, ordered a quesadilla (only showed a kids one on the menu) and was charged over 11 bucks (granted with the brisket) for a disappointing little wrap with just meat and cheese (no veggies, wasnt even offered). Its just not worth it.

Jan 9, 2022 at 8:40pm. If I was the owner I would absolutely be embarrassed of how my store manager, Tyler, treats his customers. I asked to speak with him and the staff member holding the phone must have been close enough to him that I heard Tyler say he was too busy to talk to me about why every time we order carry out food from this particular Chipotle there is something always wrong. Always. No joke. It’s amazing. All I wanted was to ask him is if he would personally make sure my daughter got her food that they forgot to put in to our to-go bag because it was after 9pm now and she was having to drive back up there to be able to eat something tonight and she is only 17. We live 5 minutes away and have eaten Chipotle countless times but we don’t go to the Countryside store because of all the countless times of mistakes due to lazy training practices. Here is the proof in this very instance. Very sad. This place employs several of my daughters friends over the last several years. In the 30 years of being in the restaurant business my self, I would have never told a customer that I was too busy to talk to him or her. Sad. This Chipotle store has lost mine and my family’s business. There are too many local independent restaurants that would love our business and hopefully would love to help solve customer problems when they arise.

The place was not busy..maybe two people in line & 3 or 4 in the dinning area. All tables..every single one was dirty with food as well as the floor. White graded cheese, lettuce & tomato, napkins what ever. I told the employees at the counter there were no clean tables. Finally someone came out and cleaned 2 tables. We had already cleaned ours with our own hand sanitizer...saw one other custome do the same. I won't be going g back.

We got there and walked up to the ordering counter. No smile no greeting just a what can I get you. My 12 year old son made his order for his tacos while I went to the bathroom. The men's bathroom it's disgusting there is a hole in the ground where a toilet used to be and you can see raw sewage in the hole. Came back out as my son was paying. Another employee the cashier, it was not polite it was like a robot. No thank you no have a good day. My 12-year-old son had better manners than her by thanking her.
